What if I entered a contract as a service user with one company and there are other two different service providers who are also involved and signed it as well. Each one do them has a specific role under the contract. And what if the three of them breached it at once. Is this considered breach?

If they breached the contract, then yes, it would be a breach. The questions you probably need to answer are who is responsible for the breach, what are your damages, and which of the three service providers has to pay you the damages.

@@ayerslaw yes definitely there is a breach. But they are blaming one another saying it was not them who took the decision but rather they all agreed on it. Which is strange, in one hand they are admitting, but in another they are denying it.

@@9Dan22 It's very common when you have multiple parties that they will all try to blame the breach on someone else. That's why we normally will sue all of them and let them prove to a judge who should be held responsible and in what amount they are responsible.

Hi question, I signed a training contract but they didn't give me a copy of the training contract and when they offered me the teaching contract I did not sign it because I don't want to continue and they are asking me to pay 50K for breach of contract because I did not sign the teaching contract is that valid?

Thank you Sir for the explanation. I have a question from our activity in class. If there's contract let say if a construction company enters into a contract with the government who was represented by the Permanent Secretary, to renovate one of the government building. Then the plaintiff was not getting paid after completion of a contract, because the Permanent Secretary claimed that the contract was illegal as it was not go through the Law, and the Permanent Secretary was carrying out the contract with that construction company without going back to other board members. Please, what are the best civil claim for the plaintiff. Thank you Sir.

Unfortunately, contracts with the government usually have their own sets of rules and procedures when one party doesn't follow the contract and there needs to be a resolution to the issue. In this case, I'm not sure what a Permanent Secretary is or their role, so you may also be in a country outside of the United States, in which case I definitely can't give you guidance as I am not a lawyer who is licensed outside of the United State.
