What are the Disadvantages or limitations of getting Singapore PR (Permanent Residency)?

Thats not correct. Tax rates for all resident individuals are same. Only if EP holder is non resident then tax rates are high.

There is no such undertaking in Annex A to form 4A. Its just a form in support of person's PR application.
