How can you be free from modern slavery?
How often do we find ourselves slaves to our minds, jobs, society, standards, and so forth? On this episode of the Elliot Hulse podcast, the Hodge Twins join Uncle Yo in an elaborate conversation concerning the unsettling status of today’s society. The need for guidance and liberation from the moral corruption present is necessary to reach self-betterment. Still, they also dive into their own experiences and the decisions they’ve had to make to set themselves apart from the almost sinister aspects of society.

•Physical strength and its correlation with masculinity.
•Understanding how African American culture, politics, mindset, and marginalization need to shift into an optimistic/advantageous demeanor.

•Beware of political manipulation. Make your thoughts independent and free from influence by developing your conclusions. Looks at the media instead of going to society’s “leaders.”

Thanks for the great content and speaking up about conservative values. As a muslim, I was disappointed to hear your views you expressed on modest clothing for women. I think it only comes from a lack of knowledge of the Islamic faith. In islam men are also required to cover ourselves and dress modestly. We don't get to "wear whatever you want." As a muslim man we are not allowed to wear shorts, as we must cover our knees and wear clothing from above our bellies to below our knees at all times in public. The Quran also instructs men to "Lower their gaze" Surah Nur (30:31). Modesty in dress and action is a requirement for both Muslim men and women to protect ourselves from Satan and our own God given impulses. Love you all and pray God gives yall the strength and reach to continue making men strong again.

The Hodge twins and Elliot both got me into gym back when I was 22. By 23, i'd gained 13kgs of muscle and fat (from 64-77kgs) and went from 50kg bench to 95kgs for one or two aswell as increased my biceps from 12 to 16.5 inches.
