Since we usually do contract with HEC that we will return back to home country after the scholarship ends. I want to ask, is it really mandatory to leave Hungary and get back to home country when your scholarship ends? In this case if I get selected in this scholarship, I will never want to get back to Pakistan. So, if someone not wanting to get back to home country, can he/she go to some other country or can he/she also look for Job or PhD in the same country Hungary?
