It doesn’t matter in terms of demonstrating commitment, but it’s perfectly fine to choose the same program at two different universities.

Hi Soban. Thank you for the information, especially on the Language Proficiency. All my studies were in English so that answers my first question. My other concern was that I am applying for PhD and have only managed to get 1 reference. For one program I am applying to I need 2. My question is 'before submiting the application do I need to have the last reference'? Or can I declare that I will have it before a specific time frame? I hope I'm making sense 😢

@@MariaFunikovai heard that SAT doesnt help that much , but somebody said they will take your SAT score instead of exam .You can upload it on Docs
