How to clean drain tray, how to locate it in split AC?

Pour and splash water on AC filter ( fixed large filter in the AC). If water comes out from the drain pipe you have to understand that drain pipe is working well.If you have a air blower machine, blow air in it (in medium speed) to remove blockage. This will clear the blockage in the drain pipe.Otherwise you may consult to the AC service centre . OK.

Hello paji thanks for video. I have issue of carpet smell coming inside from AC. We just did complete service and outer part just shifted from balcony to roof. On the roof there are other outers available and as well as many clothes hangup after laundry. This smell never came before. May b the outer is getting smell from other outer of next room? Please check the drain pipe if drainage of water is working well or not..Besides you have to inspect if the AC filters are clean or they have accumulated dust. You have to clean the dirt and dust accumulated on the filters. I hope this will solve your problem.
