That iridescent Damascus double blade was absolutely gorgeous. More novelty that anything, but gorgeous none the less.

Definitely not a novelty. Both blades are made from Damasteel (powder formed RWL34 and PMC27, proprietary performance damascus blend made by the Damasteel company.) and are absolutely ground for cutting. The frame is solid titanium and zirconium timascus. Looks pretty, but is 100% functional.

@@metal_complex ahh much appreciated. So it’s no novelty, but for $800, it would definitely be a novelty to me, as I’d never cut anything with it 😭 too gorgeous. I never thought it was cheap, just meant the extravagantness of it along with the double blade design would keep it from being used a lot. When it comes to rough work, I wouldn’t put that knife through it. Using it for something like ripping out carpet staples would ruin its beauty.

Cicada looks like something you'd have if you were on a team with Blue Beetle, especially because I know it comes in silver and blue. It also gives me Egyptian god vibes for some reason, like your that gods disciple and this is a weapon you use for justice. It's actually really pretty and then I saw sleipner and I want it so badly.
