4 years ago, I was told I had c fiber nerve damage in my toes. I have no feeling in my toes. Sometimes, I do get pins and needles feeling. Luckily, it has not gotten any worse. I am 38. Hypoglycemic "not diabetic". Family genetics my mother had bad neuropathy in her legs and feet. She started falling a lot in her early 30's. Now, is this something that can be hereditary?
