We are in the process of clearing and putting up a fence around two of our lots. We just found out someone has been encroaching on a portion of one of the lots to store their stuff and trash from their home/business. Make sure your property is secure.

It will be very interesting to see what the area looks like in 3-5 yrs. I would like to hear more about how the roads, trash, etc. will be maintained. I wonder if the town council has given any thought about a north end police / fire station up that way?
