I loved this video and the explanations. I learned the very basics of meridians and chakras in my professional studies at the Center for Neurosomatic studies in Florida and UCMT for Massage Therapy. But I have felt so far away from it the last couple of years. I truly needed all of my Chakras open and it feels amazing!! Reiki was introduced to me in school also, three yrs ago.
