Pencils: Faber Castell Polychromos colored pencils.
I also sometimes use Caran d'Ache Luminance Colored to create the light skin tones in a portrait because of how much easier they are to blend.

Hi Neeyellow, I LOVE your artwork and wanted to ask you, if you could do more real time videos. I would love to draw hyper realistic paintings by myself, but it is really difficult for me, to find out what colors to use first and how to layer colors, that I achieve depth. I followed your real time video where you draw the eye of Morgan Freeman. I imitated every line you did and I guessed the colors you used (I work with Polychromes and Luminance pencils as well) and the result was really good. I know, unfortunately you don't hold classes, but real time videos would help me a lot. I ask YOU because you are the best hyper realistic drawing with colored pencil artist I've ever seen and I want to learn from the best....... Maybe it is not too elaborate to create live videos, so you don't have to edit a lot.......thank you so much for your attention.....greetings from Anja/Germany

I've watched you videos and I am definitely fascinated by your drawing skills. You mentioned that you "stopped" drawing because someone asked you why you would spend so much time on photorealistic or hyperrealistic drawing if a printer can do the same job in far less time and that you wouldn't have a good answer to that question. Well, maybe I have the solution for you. Since you have mastered photorealistic and hyperrealistic drawing, why don't you try creating abstract art? Art history also made this process since photography was invented. Maybe you could even invent a kind of new art someone has never done before. Maybe you could use your achieved skills in combination with other aspects for your idea of a new kind of art. Think outside the box.
