What artists wear...Felix Mufti | Fashion Series | National Museums Liverpool

In episode five we speak to actor, writer, and performer Felix Mufti. Fresh off of his Netflix debut in season 4 of Sex Education, Felix spills on the perfect behind-the-scenes outfit. He talks about how to wear what you want regardless of other people's opinions and the freedom that gives. And we hear how a pair of boots inspired the creation of a pink sparkly cowboy.
In this new fashion series, we ask artists in Liverpool to show us three different outfits that they would style for different occasions, and we look at how connected these outfits are to the artist's creative identity. Perhaps they are chosen for comfort and practicality, to blend in or stand out, to support a burgeoning black designer, or to give yourself a dopamine boost. The reasons are endless and all have meaning.

Awful and completely tasteless... The first outfit actually had something going on, if not for the silly hat (that would've looked awesome were it a black flat cap), fluffy slippers (instead of pointy black or dark brown dress shoes) and the ridiculous bag, which would've been really elegant if it were black or brown leather one with a discreetly patterened the same as the coat and pants handle. Other than this, Felix Mufti is not an actor, but a joke, that misrepresented all transmen in the most transphobic way possible.
