As a public senior high school teacher, sometimes binibiro ko ang mga students ko about sex education since we all know that in their generation, marami sa kanila ang mapupusok so I educate them. But through this video, natakot ako. I realize na pano if merong akong student na may pinagdadaanan na katulad nito. This is a mind opener to me to be more sensitive about the sex education topic kasi baka ma-misinterpret nila. Thank you Miss Toni G. for this episode.

I feel her, that traumatic abuse. Up until now, di ko pa din napapatawad nagmolestya sa akin way back 2nd year college ako hanggang sa grumaduate na ako. 🙏

as she mention her father is also a victim of abused when he was a child, usually Ang mga taong nakakaranas ng abuse Nung bata pa sila tumatatak Yan sa pusot, isipan nila at kung walang mag gagabay at mag papaintindi sa kanila malaking posibilidad na Gawin nila Yan sa magiging anak o mga batang nasa paligid nila, Yan kasi Ang paraan nila para makagante sa ng abuse sa kanila nuon , Ang Gawin din sa iba Ang ginawa sa kanila, kaya importante pag my mga na abuse na Bata proper guidance and support Ang ibigay, para hindi maulit Ang nakaraan sa kasalukuyan.

When you experienced the same abused and literally no one ever listened to you thats the hardest part of being the victim of sexual abuse. Yung only way mo to escape the trauma is magseek ng help sa ibang tao cause again, nong time that you tried to open up sa family mo and youre being ignored ibang meaning din ng pain.🥺 So to all experiencing the same abused kapit lang, dasal lang. and know that you have a voice and there are some that will definitely listen to you!🥺💙

Protecting the family's reputation at the expense of the child's future. What greater shame could there be? This is the common scenario among children abused by own loveones. So outraging! Happy for you miss aubrey that you found the love that God had for you long before and the courage to forgive. My heart goes out to those victims out there who havent found the way out.

I am very angry and appalled at her mother for not doing anything. As a mother, my biggest rolle is to protect my child and if I have to move heaven and earth to do that, I would. I’m horrified!!

As I scroll down and read the comments, it pains me to see so many people sharing that they experienced the same thing. Some are probably still experiencing it and I cannot imagine how much pain you are handling right now. But I hope you'll be brave enough now to seek help. 21:48 glad that Toni added an info on how to atleast contact Glorious Hope, so if anyone one here needs some help, please contact them. Don't be afraid, you are not alone. May you find peace in His arms.

Suggestion for Dep Ed.

Having the RIGHT people to support children in school when these things happen is essential. Providing appropriate training for teachers and counsellors in school is so important so children can trust and receive APPROPRIATE advice and take ACTIONABLE STEPS in coordination with the right government departments to investigate further and take the child out of that situation. When they stay in that situation, unconsciously, it’s passed on to the next generation. Lots of therapy and grieving process. They have to grieve that healthy childhood and family life they didn’t have. I hope the government provide more programs and trainings in place to catch abuse before it gets out of hand, or even before it happens.

I agree. She can't solve her problem by creating another problem.

Not even 2 mins in the video, im already crying. Truly heartbreaking. I can relate to whatever shes feeling especially when she said " Walang nakakarinig sakin", exactly what i feel. In order to protect the family's reputation, my guardians hide my trauma to other people.
