I was told i need to settle outstanding balance ng credit cards donkey years ago, otherwise hindi ma approve homeloan sa bank kasi nasa NFIS ang name.. Just got my TransUnion credit report pero hindi naman naisama yung PLDT/Smart/Globe Plans ko considering na sobra na 10 years having multiple accounts.

May connection ba yun carloan mo na bayad na tapos may credit card ka na dpa nabayaran tama bang ihold ang papers ng car kapag dka pa bayad sa utang sa credit card same bank po bdo.

Ma hohold po ba ang acct pag nag open ka ng Payroll account sa bank tapos hindi mo pa nabayaran ang credit card under sa bank na yun??(for ex. Sa credit card sa mtrbnk hindi binayaran tapos mag oopen ka nang acct for payroll)

Hi! Wala namang cons but if you're planning that, better to call your bank na you will pay in advance tapos pwede nilang babaan yung interest mo (since you're paying for a shorter time). Hope this helps!

Tos add din po regarding sa sss loan,pera mo naman kasi ang pinapaloan sayo kaya i dont think na magiging part sya ng credit score report.

Share ko lang bakit yung classmate ko nung college nakapagloan sya sa citibank ng 100k tpos di nmn nya nabayaran yung niloan nya pero approved parin sya ng bpi gold mastercard?and my mga plan din sya both smart and globe na di rin nya nabayaran. take note kahit di nmn sya nag aapply pero si bpi pa mismo ang tumawag sa kanya para bigyan sya ng credit card.

May savings account ba siya sa BPI? If meron, most likely because of that. If wala, 🤷‍♂. Credit records used to be super messy before. But now, because of the Credit Information System Act -- mas streamlined na sila ngayon and mas strict on credit card applications.

In my case nangyari sakin 'to sa BPI ko. Pero tbh dapat hindi nila 'to ginagawa. You can ask your bank directly.

Sir meron po akong personal unsettled bank loan 99k po and more than 30k lng po nabayaran ko dahil nagkaroon ako ng probelma financially may tumatawag sakin dati and nag memesage pero nag abroad na po ako that was 9 to 10 years ago na po and still unsettled.. balak ko po mag apply ng housing loan thru bank financing makakaapekto po na un? Thou I'm willing to settle po.. ano po dapat ko gawin..please notice me po..
