I love Kevin and Matt soooo much, but I feel like bearface really makes them they boyband they label themselves as, in a bit of an odd way. His vocal range, and soft voice brings something to the table with brockhampton that holds some songs together for me. The seasoning that made a good dish even better.

bearface IS the reason why I kept listening to brockhampton, he's my favorite in the group, by far. I can't lie, I'm not big into rap groups.. I don't like knowing who isn't rapping and who is (before I get to know the group of course) its too much at once. I liked Saturation 1 first listen but it wasn't until "WASTE" that I was like wait... I need to run this back, this group is really doing something special here. Now I love Brockhampton and everything they do, thanks bearface.

When I first got into Brockhampton listening to the music the stand out guys were Kevin and Merlyn, Kevin for his previous work and Merlyn for ... well ... MERLYN. When I saw the communities that would talk all about the whole group it took a while for me to remember whose name was whose apart from bearface. I don't know what it is about it but I heard the name and just thought "oh I know who that is" there's definitely something to that name, maybe it's the bear stubble
