Speed tuning really is only good on paper. In actuality, there are a lot of things that can ruin it. So I just slap speed as high as I can without sacrificing much of the other stats my characters need

Speedtuning to within a single SPD between your characters is hell, both for reaching it and trying to not fck it up from external factors. I spent a good 2 months speedtuning DHIL's team, only to get a piece on him that's way too good to pass up, causing me to pretty much sacrifice all my effort. Never did it again since. The only speedtune I did since then was make the character faster or slower than the dps, and reach 134+ speed if possible.

just play fuxuan/gepard/fire mc and you dont have to worry, speed tuning can get messed up but it's not that big of an issue and it's better to do than not do, in some cases like with bronya it makes a massive difference

In general you want a DoT character with her. Not burst or follow-up. But that's only if you want full on optimization. Technically speaking, when people talk about building teams for characters, they talk as thou they are the main dps, which Black Swan is for her teams. But realistically, if you want her with Ratio, he would be the main dps. And since his kit should work decently with any de-buffer or DoT character, than they should work well enough together. So yes, they should work. You should just make sure to build the team around Ratio, and not Black Swan.

HuoHuo speedsthis up since her ultimate is also very good. but I would still use Luocha cuz I play on auto.. HuoHuo in Auto is trash.

Her ultimate counts as 4 dots at once and her lightcone passive is permanent for the rest of battle. So one ult can permanently get you 4 stacks.

Nope. 1. Her Ult. 2. Her Wind Sheer. 3. Extra Dot from her passive.. Herself basically triggers the def ignore 100% of the time so you don't even need to think about it.. But if you slap her light cone to other characters.. OTHER than a Nihility unit then you won't.. you need 3 Nihility dot units in your team if you have this lightcone and not Blackswan to trigger it 100% of the time.

I use Glamoth since I already achieved 161 speed and the EHR required, also got like 3.5k atk so Pan-Cosmic isn't really THAT important, just go with the one you have the best roll.

Glamoth is more efficient to farm… if you don’t farm based on world efficiency you probably don’t know what you’re doing. Pan-cosmic is slightly better or slightly worse (Glamoth is slightly better only if you have 160 speed). The difference is overall meaningless. If you want to you can make the set but seems more like a waste. Practically Glamoth is still better, I know you wanted to one up and put down a KZbinr but still. It doesn’t make sense since the more Glamoth has more practical value if you get one you don’t need because no other character is running Pan-cosmic.

@@thederp9309 how when no one, but maybe you. Is running her with that much speed. At least no one should be building her inefficiently with less effect hit-rate. And after that (what it would take to reach her threshold) you would want more into Atk% not speed. And thats IF your lucky on speed rolls which is far harder to farm for then any of the other roll you’d want on her so you’re going around spending more energy just to min-max on a set, that is not any better than running the alternative, at max passive then with less hardcore farming requirements with the other set. Nowhere in her kit is she built for speed, she isn’t Kafka. Its more universal to farm Glamoth for sure. But no one can say that it is more efficient to farm when substats are ENTIRELY random and you can play 3 years with no progress (for example genshin) so your argument is half baked at best on assumption.

i personally think it's best not to run any sustain with BS. Especially if everyone can reach above 134 spd and have Ruan Mei. I kill enemies with half HP, no need to heal if you can kill before you die. I think she's so versatile, but for now i run 2 dots with BS and RUan Mei, and i try to cover element type.

It's solid. If you have 100+ EHR it's 3 substats of EHR better than Space Sealing Station. However, it is highly inefficient to farm since the other set is trash, so you probably want to stick to SSS or Glamoth (135+ speed) unless you're desperate for more EHR.
