Hello Mr. Merrill I am looking for your diggers. About two years ago on Instagram I showed you my findings that there was an ancient mirror and different dishes I have a question from you gold made by man in your country is related to how many years ago? 🤔 And that the Indians have been thanking you for your support of Iran industry before the arrival of Europeans؟ 🤔 ❤️

Most bottle sites contain LOTS of decomposing iron and the metal detector is virtually useless to see through it .😮 I use a large cleanable fishing magnet to remove the iron,then the goodies shine,as well as the bottles 😮😊😊😊, another great show,thanks.😊

There is an old saying here in Norway about garbage in the old days... "If it doesn't burn, it sinks" (I live by the coast) so most of the stuff we find was lost, not buried.

I use to collect bottles when I was younger and one of my tips was old farmsteads and on the side of creek sides on that particular property 😮 .. Also inside or under them huge rock piles you find in fields or in the woods where fields use to extend to 😀

I just subscribed to your channel. I have learned a lot from one of your videos. I was watching your video about Historical Ariel and that points in the rivers were ferry points for drop offs. I never knew that! Thanks for the tips. Still trying to learn that app and can't figure it out. Thanks so much for the information because I haven't found anything but nails😁

Hi everyone, you really Americans live in the metal detector paradise because your search area is smooth and smooth, and with a car you can easily go but our region is very rugged and rocky and mountainous and we must go kilometers without a car to reach the search area😢

Is there a historical area to search in Germany? And how deep are the search areas in your country?
@bendjohans3863
@bendjohans3863 14 күн бұрын
well here you can find historical stuff up to 6500 years old sadly most of this stuff is already 2 meter deep but in woodland you can find even roman stuff in like 10 cm depth, you can say all of germany is a historical depending at what kind you are looking for
@mgem404
@mgem404 14 күн бұрын
@@bendjohans3863 Oh، great، how interesting، just like we in Iran، some things are superficial، but some things are at the same depth، 2 to 3 meters deep. But in mountain area's digi ng is very hard
@bendjohans3863
@bendjohans3863 14 күн бұрын
@@mgem404 im not sure about iran as you got there partly desert regions i guess, normally the rule over here is that normal grassy regions without many trees where you have a lot of grass and plants the dead plants as the grow and die and get replaced by new plants makes the ground grow higher like 1 cm in 10 yearsmeans 10 cm in 100 years and a meter in a 1000 years, so real old stuff can be burried theoretically 6 meters in 6000 years
@bendjohans3863
@bendjohans3863 14 күн бұрын
but in the woods there is not much grow as the leaves and needels the trees loose the trees use up as fuel to grow as soom as its composted so you dont have much depth grow in the woods thats why you can find stuff from roman times about 2000 years ago when they tryed to conquer germania maybe 10 cm deep
