You could of done it based off recommended serving sizes so that if a brand with potentially larger pieces says a serving is, lets say, 1/12 if a pack worth of gum (i.e bubble tape type brands) or a brand with smaller pieces says a serving is 2 or 3 sticks, you aren't doing less than or way more than they recommend for a single piece equivalent. I’m allergic to sorbitol (a sugar free sweetener, typically seen in the first 3 ingredients). As a kid, I always chewed 5 or Trident. After learning about my allergies, I chewed Hubba Bubba, Bubble Yum, and Wrigley’s Double/Spearmint (must be WITH sugar). Juicy Fruit, although sweet, makes me want to swallow more than chew; so I don’t chew it. Overtime, I have gotten addition (and soon built a tolerance) to the bubble gum flavor. Now, I’m trying to ween myself away from gum, so I now chew Simply Gum, a gum you can find at your local Publix.
