My husband is also African and moved to Japan 2 years ago! Transition must have been hard but you are very polite person so I am sure Japanese people will like you and appreciate you! I am cheering you from afar!
Jenny your upbringing was the same as mine. I grew up in rural Jamaica in the late 60’s and early 70’s. I did a lot of the things you did as well. I really enjoyed watching because it brought back good memories of my childhood. I came to the USA as a child like Leon and wanted to experience everything and was so excited. Thanks for the memories and for sharing your experiences with us. ❤😊

Jenny, I admire your humility and grace so much, we are so blessed to get to know you better! I can't imagine the culture and lifestyle shock experienced when you first moved to Japan but you are doing amazing, you are always so calm and thoughtful and never breaking a sweat. Would love a shopping video where you go pick out clothes for yourself, maybe feature some local shops and businesses that you and the family love. lots of love to you and your sweet family.
Thank you for sharing Jenny ❤ I relate to how you were raised I grew up in a rural area in Jamaica but now living in the US so I understand your fears and so happy you made the choice because the world is bigger than we imagined and there are beautiful kind people worldwide and the kids will now have that opportunity to learn a new culture and that’s wonderful there’s upside and down sides I’m happy for you and your family ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
You sound like a very humble, gentle and gracious person. You are very thoughtful and polite and I think these characteristics are very much appreciated by the Japanese (although I am not Japanese myself, but at least that's what I have noticed). Your husband seems also very supportive and kind! I hope that you will slowly but surely get accustomed to your new life in Japan together with your precious family, and I hope your kids will enjoy their childhood and school life over there. Kids are very quick to learn foreign languages when young so they will probably end up helping you out as well, because the language (and culture) barrier may seem insurmountable at first. But I also think that with your positive and thoughtful personality you will eventually get acclimatized to Japan!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Shyly saying “subscribe “Jenny is pretty 😆
I felt as if I was talking directly with a friend, Jenny.😊 If you have any problems with childcare or other issues, please talk to us. I'm sure people here will give you lots of ideas. I want a world without discrimination.
Jenny-san gives me the impression that you are an intelligent, elegant, and thoughtful lady. Japanese culture and customs, including food, are completely different from life in Malawi, and I don't think we have much in common. I'm glad that Jenny-san and Leon-kun seem to be willing to try everything and enjoy the differences. When Jenny-san started working with Koga-san, I was a bit surprised. However, I thought it was very valuable and good to have time to go out and interact with other people in Japanese society. So please continue to enjoy life in Japan at your own pace. いつも応援しています!
It was a nice introduction to your life experience in Japan.Living in a foreign country needs time to adapt to the environment.I believe with so much love and support shown from your Japanese family you will be fine and comfortable.Enjoyed your nice vlog Jenny.Best wishes from Malaysia!💕🇲🇾
I lived in West Africa when I was a junior high student, so I can understand you & your son’s cituations & problems of living in a foreign country. Personally, I think it is very important to always communicate with the local people with a smile 😊 Take it easy Jenny San! By the way, my sister and her husband are currently living in Malawi 🇲🇼 lol
Thank you for sharing the story Jenny. I have same situation with you now, living in other country and can really empathize with your situation. I have some days that I’m not feeling good or stressed because of culture differences in here but your video made me to cheer up. thank you so much😊 Hope you and your family have good life in Japan! Good luck to all of us.🫶🫶
Hi Jenny🙋Konbanwa😄 I think Japan and Malawi are completely different environments. I can understand your feelings of anxiety. I think your personality is really nice. Maybe something bad will happen to you in the future, but your husband, children, people around you, and we, the viewers, are on your side. I hope you have wonderful days in Japan. Thank you for coming to Japan.😄

Jenny am so happy to hear about your life in Japan so far, as a malawian i was also afraid to go to Asian countries just because of racism, now you have cleared my doubts about Japanese people,
