I stayed in that development two years ago. Nice and friendly staff ample parking. The pool was OK fitness room as well. What bothers me is to have a big studio put a glass door in between and call that one bedroom. It’s all the places not you, but that is a studio.

Great video Jira. That is a great location. I like Tira tiraa Condo, which is very close. Can you tell me if Tira tiraa has any pool access units for sale or rent? I'm also curious if there was any flood damage in those pool access condo's? I also like la Casita and maybe condochain close to market village 😊 Condochain might be a nice place to renovate ! What do you think ? I will be back in Hua Hin from Canada in 3 weeks. I love Hua Hin 😊

10 minute walk to beach is nice, but the view is not. There are stores between the condos and the street blocking views.

Its pretty common in Asia to have security like this at the hotels and condos. Labor is cheap. Mostly petty theft and drunk people are the main issues in Thailand.
