thank you this was very helpful in identifying how my adhd management (after late diagnosis) should look and the changes / improvements i should be seeing… in particular the part where you distinguished adhd from the executive dysfuntion as that is something i’m struggling to improve and as you highlighted - the persistent symptoms cause daily impairment 😢 i’m still hopeful for an exhaustive step by step guide to aid in functioning and lead a normal life 😅
