I want to tell everyone about a funny memory of myself. The first time I played New Super Mario Bros. DS. Somehow I managed to find the perfect way to get to the goal flag and while Mario was powered up with his mega mushroom, I accidentally destroyed the goal flag and I thought that it was something I was supposed to do to finish the level.

We haven’t really seen Mega Mario go against many giants. I was thinking maybe the right size Thwamp in that scenario could crush him. But if he can just walk through a Banzai Bill, well that’s just plain dirt cheap. They should maybe rework this mechanic in (an) upcoming game(s) that could potentially have mega items that span the entire core series of items, or just specific worlds/areas where they fit the theme, maybe. Just my thoughts.
