I don't think Police NOC needed to acquire foreign citizenship, it's doesn't matter you only needed when you are going to renounce Indian passport. Wrong. Almost all countries worth moving to require you to produce no-objection certificates from your country of origin or they do the background checks themselves. With ever increasing integration of criminal databases, it is very difficult to evade scrutiny. The only way out would be to get citizenship of countries where you can literally buy it by paying a lot of money. Even after you have it, you will still need visas to enter the countries which are really worth settling in.

YES get yourself correct I believe you don't have much knowledge about getting OCED citizenship. 1. Background Verification Happens on only on Interpol database. Technically there should be notification from Government of India to Interpol. Which mere impossible for normal cases like this. Eg. Cases Vijay Malaya , Nirav Modi. 2. If you are willing to get citizenship in normal way you need to first become resident of that country stay at least 3 years. So they will refer there own record not Indian one. 3. If you are getting citizenship by investment are you fu*king idiot. Anyways you are going to hire a strong law firm getting your work done.
