the biggest benefit of moving abroad is the negotiation that takes place shortly afterward. the wife and her family realise that they have little opportunity to put you behind bars to force a massive sum out of you. the judge is also aware. so these disputes get settled fast. So yes, if you can get out... get out ASAP. when you know your marriage is in trouble, you will get indications long before the papers are filed against you. So start making your moves early, and initiate the divorce if you're already unhappy in the marriage, and you know there's no way things will improve.

Remember when you take other country citizenship Indian citizenship become void. I am pretty sure Indian Home ministry not going to put your name on red corner notice. As per as lookout concern are you sure Indian police going to looke for gay after 6 years. Put some money on their pocket before visiting. 😜
@Ranjan_Mohanty8 сағат бұрын
Wrong. Almost all countries worth moving to require you to produce no-objection certificates from your country of origin or they do the background checks themselves. With ever increasing integration of criminal databases, it is very difficult to evade scrutiny. The only way out would be to get citizenship of countries where you can literally buy it by paying a lot of money. Even after you have it, you will still need visas to enter the countries which are really worth settling in.
@mlrs-h1k8 сағат бұрын
@@Ranjan_Mohanty I don't think Other country going to recognise police NOC. It's useless outside India. 2nd. YES get yourself correct I believe you don't have much knowledge about getting OCED citizenship. 1. Background Verification Happens on only on Interpol database. Technically there should be notification from Government of India to Interpol. Which mere impossible for normal cases like this. Eg. Cases Vijay Malaya , Nirav Modi. 2. If you are willing to get citizenship in normal way you need to first become resident of that country stay at least 3 years. So they will refer there own record not Indian one. 3. If you are getting citizenship by investment are you fu*king idiot. Anyways you are going to hire a strong law firm getting your work done. Anyways even if Indian supreme court pending judgment against you those law firms are strong enough to make it nothing but tissue paper. Anyways no one cares about Indian judgment outside India. Better ask government to file case against you to ICJ 🤣🤣🤣

Sir, I am woman and married, a nurse. In my opinion the marriage destroyer is not the wife, it is the mother of the wife. It is common in every race, all over the world, the mismatch between a new wife and her mother in law. It will become normal, if any third person didn't put their head in between them. Nowadays woman are educated, employed ( and interference of her mother in her life is more too). Dear mothers leave your daughter free after her marriage, don't involve in her life. Problems in marriage are real, all have to/ had faced them. Overcoming the problems is life.

But, there is another big problem now... Goa civil code will applicable.. Goa has common marital property law... So, husband cannot sell his own property without wife's permission, and vice versa.. Also, under Goa civil code, i cannot register a will and give 100% of my property to anyone i like example to my friend.. Because under Goa civil code, Atleast, 50% of my property must be compulsorily given to my children including daughters. But, I can bypass this rule by selling off 100% of property to my friend and returning that cash he gave me, back to my friend..

Goa’s family laws indeed include the concept of Communion of Assets. This means that upon marriage, all properties inherited by, gifted to, or acquired by either one or both spouses before or after marriage become part of the couple’s common pool of assets. Thus, both husband and wife have a 50 per cent undivided share in the common marital property.

Goa law... In 1867, Portugal enacted a Portuguese civil code and in 1869 it was extended to Portugal’s overseas provinces (that included Goa). The law provides for compulsory registration of marriages before a civil authority, ensuring that the wife is an equal inheritor and is entitled to half of the “common assets” including those inherited by her husband in the case of a divorce (in the absence of a prenuptial agreement stating otherwise) and that the parents must compulsorily share at least half of the property with their children including daughters..

It doesn't matter. Even if you are living with the person, they can still file a case against you.

What if i and my wife sign a prenup (even though not legal in india) , and have all my assets in the name of binamis , and when some marital disputes happen i dont want my childs custody and i hire you sir (if you want to and are available 😅). What are my chances of getting out of this case and be happy ever after.
@Salamander05213 сағат бұрын
If your binami is a man and If your binami's wife files divorce case against your binami, or your binami dies, you will lose your property.. My safest binami is my mother...
