the biggest benefit of moving abroad is the negotiation that takes place shortly afterward. the wife and her family realise that they have little opportunity to put you behind bars to force a massive sum out of you. the judge is also aware. so these disputes get settled fast. So yes, if you can get out... get out ASAP. when you know your marriage is in trouble, you will get indications long before the papers are filed against you. So start making your moves early, and initiate the divorce if you're already unhappy in the marriage, and you know there's no way things will improve.

@@abhay4147 he's addressing the case where the man just drops everything and runs away and becomes incommunicado. that's called desertion. it doesn't have to be that extreme. in the usual case, they just leave State to facilitate early settlement of the dispute on relatively better terms by having their lawyers represent them locally. when the police can't get them, the woman's family panics and wants the early settlement. if the case is settled, those concerns of getting arrested don't apply anymore. he doesn't quite elaborate on this aspect. ultimately divorces are all about money and revenge.

Wrong. Almost all countries worth moving to require you to produce no-objection certificates from your country of origin or they do the background checks themselves. With ever increasing integration of criminal databases, it is very difficult to evade scrutiny. The only way out would be to get citizenship of countries where you can literally buy it by paying a lot of money. Even after you have it, you will still need visas to enter the countries which are really worth settling in.

@@Ranjan_Mohanty I don't think Other country going to recognise police NOC. It's useless outside India. 2nd. YES get yourself correct I believe you don't have much knowledge about getting OCED citizenship. 1. Background Verification Happens on only on Interpol database. Technically there should be notification from Government of India to Interpol. Which mere impossible for normal cases like this. Eg. Cases Vijay Malaya , Nirav Modi. 2. If you are willing to get citizenship in normal way you need to first become resident of that country stay at least 3 years. So they will refer there own record not Indian one. 3. If you are getting citizenship by investment are you fu*king idiot. Anyways you are going to hire a strong law firm getting your work done. Anyways even if Indian supreme court pending judgment against you those law firms are strong enough to make it nothing but tissue paper. Anyways no one cares about Indian judgment outside India. @@Ranjan_Mohanty apologies for not noticing your comment earlier. However, I believe your comment is incorrect and potentially misleading. It seems you might not fully understand the process of acquiring citizenship. First, let me ask you this: can you simply go to any country and ask for citizenship directly? The answer is no. To become a citizen of a country, you must first become a resident. Please take the time to understand the difference between residency and citizenship. Typically, after a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of residency, you can apply for citizenship. During that time, will the country ask you for an Indian police verification? No. This is because, as a resident of that country, you are considered an NRI (Non-Resident Indian) by the Indian government. So, on what grounds would they request a verification? Instead, they will check their own records as a resident of that country. Regarding investment-led citizenship: don't worry, most individuals seeking this path are high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). They can hire powerful law firms in those countries, and even if you have a serious legal issue pending in India, these firms can often resolve it swiftly.

I am also facing similar situation like Atul. My family is collapsed. My dead and mom suffered heart attack, because wife had captured my house, now we are living on the roads and jails. I was sent to jail for 18 days because of false cases and I am working in Google as Software Engineer. Wife lives in Aligarh, UP😢😭

Sir, I am woman and married, a nurse. In my opinion the marriage destroyer is not the wife, it is the mother of the wife. It is common in every race, all over the world, the mismatch between a new wife and her mother in law. It will become normal, if any third person didn't put their head in between them. Nowadays woman are educated, employed ( and interference of her mother in her life is more too). Dear mothers leave your daughter free after her marriage, don't involve in her life. Problems in marriage are real, all have to/ had faced them. Overcoming the problems is life.

Nah I know many margaes after some years or after a decade wiife dont lovve / care the hussband anymore . Losses desire for intimacy with him Either segs less marage or segs becomes a dutty to hr no desire frm hr part . He keeeps proviideing like an atm But nither he xan dvorce nor can have a gf . These cases r very commoon. So manny wiiifes diisrespeccts the huusband regulary becz shhe has nothing to loose but he has everything to loose. Shhe can anyday become separeted / start living with hr parents & maiintemce will start & he will not even get dvorce . & if shse takes up a bf no 498a on hr But if huubbyy takes up a gf . He will facee 498a And looose his jobb Its complete bs that marage toured sour by parents lol Also in india many couoles marry who r non commpatible from day 1. In india courtship is not common. People marrry even without talking to each other less than 100 hours . And forget about phhusical compatibility In my family 4 dvorce cases have been filedd all within 1 year of marage due to no compatibiility from the begining.

Sorry about your family. I am just pointing out my opinion, I have seen among my coworkers and patient's family ( coming as by stander...so and so...). Let me ask my doubt..do you know what was happening in the girl's house ( the constant whispering from her parents). Just saying most of the cases. I have seen so many mothers influencing badly on their daughters.

Just think guys if Atul Subhash was not married he may live a life peacefully he is earning good salary. So he can go to world trip with family. He spend his happy movement with his mom and dad and siblings. He spend time with new bike or car or else in new house for his parents. The greatest mistake he did in his life is marriage. Please be careful before committing to marriage. Its a life sentence for you

Sir I am a law student from Ludhiana, Punjab and my father is also working as criminal lawyer here. Some days ago a drugged up junkie guy started a fight with me and my dad got in trying to save me. That person also hit my dad and he also took sharp object out of his pocket and gave a blow on my father's forehead causing a lots of bleeding. We did all the legal process, MLR and complaints but the accused is still not arrested. Now we have filed case in the court itself. Can you please tell me if that person who attacked us will face any punishment? Will we get justice? 😢

If both husband and wife are living abroad for several years as NRI (Indian Passport foreign residency). Can the wife fly to India can register a complaint in India against her husband claiming her husband ill-treated her in a foreign country? What faculty does the Indian police have to investigate a crime which supposedly took place in foreign country?

Indian Judiciary and legal system is absolutely corrupt. It is easier to say having cases is not a big thing or to say get over with with it than practically actually doing it. Most judges in the lower court are absolutely incompetent, bookish nobodies with zero understanding of the practical world. They work like Govt bank clerks, most of the "Senior" advocates pressurize these incompetent judges. If you will try to argue based on merit it is beyond many of these JMFCs. Many of them don't even understand the orders of higher courts. The system is a joke. In each court there are a few lawyers that you can count on fingers who are reasonable, rest all are more incompetent than judges. Many of them you will see doesn't even know which law applies in which case. looking at the absurdity anr smugness that can compete only with Govt clerical employees I literally checked these Judges' recruitment process and found that, even that process is flawed. There are criteria like people who clear all the exams without any failures etc. are qualified to apply. They have zero touch with ground reality, they have bookish knowledge enough to clear exams but no real wisdom. Indian legal system is an epitome of travesty of justice.
