Here is the reason block can’t block tackle, so basically with block it already gives you the tackle affect but not the survivor when you block a survivors stun, so that’s the reason why it doesn’t work on tackle

Tackling is not a punch, cause tackling is just a body movement of charging while trying to shove, so basically, shadow just shoved and charged at the same time, but a fully tackle, yeah sonic is on the floor.

unique interaction Tackle vs Charge Shadow is knocked back by the force of the 2 colliding although shadow should take damage from this interaction tho (less or more idk bc shadow literally ramming into a speeding vehicle. i'd say he should take more damage and exe gets stunned for longer because exe would be caught off guard)
