Brief description of the UPT-250M machine. It’s an upgraded machine to process small timber using a chipper-canter headrig unit that can substitute a round timber sawing line and machine a log into sawn timber in one pass. This machine is a combination of a log conveyor, log slabber, and a gangripper. It also works as a slab processing unit. The split width is set using a control box, displayed, and laser-marked on the log itself. First, the log feeds in with the log conveyor. Sawing speed is set with the control unit and automatically corrected regarding the load on the main drives of the machine. Unlike most woodworking equipment, UPT-250 includes both milling and gangripper units. The blank is milled and sawn up for planks. This way, a UPT-250M machine is an alternative to the entire woodworking line. Unlike a conventional slabber, the split size is set for each log non-stop. The chipper canter headrig unit has closed-loop drives. This provides precise edged plank production. The closest analog of the machine, SPB-8, has no such advantage because it shapes a blank with disc saws. Round logs enter the machine from one side and planks with two slabs are released from another side. Split size can be automatically corrected for each log without stopping the process. Small timber and other materials are fed in the machine continuously, without stopping the machine. This way, 15 to 20 cubic meters of planks can be produced by one shift. The field throughput of the UPT-250M machine is 6 m3 per hour. This machine for small timber is useful for those who make pallets or have stored up a lot of small timber and pulpwood. It can process birchwood as well as pinewood. The machine is also equipped with an aspiration system.

Почему не используете наборную фрезу,для меньшего сьема горбыля и увеличения выхода готовой продукции? Наподобие термита 150е и вервуда 680?

При распиловке тонкомера высокий % выхода годного не приоритетная задача. Термит 150У и Шервуд 680 фрезы работают вдоль волокн. На УПТ-250М другая схема.

Очень проблемный станок , начиная с фрез с их поломками и на выходе драные бока и его приходится чистить через каждые два часа , забиваетс, напрочь , я сними намучался и продал

Несколько моментов. 1. Подача цепной бревнотаской на станок и внутри станка от фрезеного блока до пильного. Если изменить положение, то такая реализация потребует "разорвать" цепь. 2. Образующаяся срезка с большей вероятностью остается в пачке и выйдет наружу. 3. Доски на выходе лежат в пачке.

не понял сколько у у вас смена в часах. и нет учета электричества в плане. заточка пил каждые 3 дня в среднем. итого...аренда помещения

Если Вы говорите о расчете окупаемости на сайте - да, расчеты только ориентировочные и такие факторы, как расход электроэнергии и аренда остаются за кадром. У нас просто нет соответствующих статистических данных по всем регионам. При расчетах Вы можете указать все эти расходы в графе "зарплата рабочих". При распиловке свежего леса на заточку пилы снимают в среднем раз в пять дней. Но, разумеется, если лес сухой или повышенной твердости, то заточка требуется чаще. Продолжительность смены в расчетах - 10 часов.

Исходя из обратной связи с покупателями - средний результат это 12 кубометров по выходу за смену. Здесь все очень сильно зависит от организации работы на производстве и загруженности станка. Где-то делают 8 кубов на выходе, а где-то 18.
