Those young men were very respectful and polite. I suspect they’ll do well at whatever they put their minds to. I appreciate the tip on what side to cook the fish so it doesn’t curl. Good information.

They each have great parents and are very well raised. They were a joy to have on the boat.

They will always remember that trip, guaranteed! I'll have to try the cream sauce on my redfish next time! Looked like a fun day!

I love that area of Louisiana to fish, I usually fish more north up in Bienvenue by the wall and rocks over there. Great video taking kids fishing getting them hooked on the greatest sport in the world. God bless and see you on the next one.

I use to fish the Bienvenu flood gate years before and after Kitrina at night We use to troll the rocks in the evenings with traps and top dogs I could not wait for the sun to go down and tie up to the flood gates Almost every fish caught on rattle traps One night at about 2 AM we caught 20 trout over 4 lbs my biggest was a little over 7 My buddy mounted one that was 6.13 I wanted one on my wall over 8lbs but never got it Fish on man

Should be enforcing the pogie boat rules, not punishing fishermen with the regulations.

Hello 👋 from western Tennessee, I used to fish northeast Florida. Amelia island and the intercostal waters as well as ocean fishing. I was wondering if you ever eat the feather meat from a flounder. I had a captain buddy turn me on to it. They are way better than cracklin’s
@johnfontenot78617 ай бұрын
What is feather meat?
@KunesRGr87 ай бұрын
@@johnfontenot7861 feather meat is the small amount of meat you get from the fins. I had no idea what it was either. I started to toss it to the pelicans and my buddy about had a panic attack and said if you don’t want it, I’ll take it. I thought it was scrap 😂

Do you think its good to fish around a bunch of bait? I have never had great luck where there was a bunch of bait around.

Im thinking of trying tallow to cook fish in, does it store at room temperature inside an air conditioned house? If so how long?
@MarshManMasson7 ай бұрын
Stores well at room temperature for several months. I've never had any go bad. Here's the brand I use: amzn.to/3W4iW3K

Once we give up those limits we’re NEVER getting it back…
@steele50487 ай бұрын
Yep that’s what I’ve been saying, I would be for it if the new regulations expired in 3 years and reverted back to normal but we will never get it back once we let the government take it. Not to mention this entire year has shown that the redfish have bounced back
