Last decade prices were raised by about 10 to 20 times. From before revolution 1977 to today 10,000 to 20,000 times, for example in 1977 you could buy an older house for 100,000 Toman, same house today 2,000,000,000 Toman.

Good question! But you cannot find an answer (an statistically adequate one!) for it! There is a great gap between social status and earnings of people who live around this shoping center, and those who live just 20 minutes further! And a Galaxy between those who live around the luxury parts which are filmed here and those who live in farthest parts of south, east and west of Iran! Iran is a paradise for tourists and those who earn dollars in west, just go there and enjoy! 😉

hi, is there reasons of some issues in Iran which not connected to sanctions? just wondering (I believe that sanctions have effect on every country) but as I see here there are no more reasons in the world except sanctions...so it makes all those videos more than political manipulation oriented don't you think? for Example Russian gov. as you for each issue in Russia answers that there are sanctions, but good education isn't a rate of high quality life , there are a lot of countries with very high level of education with not so strong economy for now but in Russia comparing to USSR the education level reduced drastically (may be not sanctions is the issue???), more example: Russia one of big Oil players in the world but Gas and other Oil products very expensive in Russia comparing to US when Russian avg salary 10 times less than US's so what it is sanctions too? there are a lot of such examples which can help you understand that not all is sanctions by far... may be there are questions that you should ask your government...Ooo I forgot it is big issue in your country too to deal with your gov, so yes .... all issues are sanctions...

I am not meaning that your country don't have right to have your own atom industry but it should be done right in politics way if it not success in politic way then or your government pure quality or the momentum isn't right for it but it is not the smartest thing for country to make decisions which contradicts visions or fears of other countries and expect that there wouldn't be bad consequences...like I said Russia government is too straight forward and les gentle politics (may be there are true reasons to behave the way it behaves but every issue always have many ways of solution and the politics of :" DO THAT OR I PULL MY WEAPON" in Russian situation leaded to half GDP per capita loss since 2014) it is straight government responsibility , they did right designing without smart thinking of the way of how implement it that people wouldn't get pure. So I see your government done...so I think the solution is not doing puppy yes to the world keep building atom industry but may be there are more smart decisions your government can make to remove those sanctions. that's my vision of it... If you truly believe that any country can make anything on their land just because it is their land, I can only wish you good luck with sitting and waiting for good economy changes.. By the way I do think that Iranian (Persian) people are very smart and long big history people who easily can make it through just if they would want to. for example in Russia as I see it there is much harder situation because as legacy in Russia the land was of Lords and rest most of people were slave like till 1861 and after USSR was built just like that where government people and all rest SO it is legacy that pure people don't know stand for their rights like French people for example... I believe you guys in Iran DO have the ability to change the reality...

@شاهین نژادعلی you can produce a lot of things , but the answer is do anyone need the product you produce, I will give you example : USSR was producing a lot of products but in USSR all citizens were like the product of abroad because its quality , and finally when USSR broke down the products which produced by Russia only for poor people today...other people wear ZARA, La Coste etc, using Samsung and apple, driving volvo and audi and I can keep going. so now you telling me that you have products , I agree but I disagree about their competitiveness that's my point, and if and when the sanctions will be removed the people will go by coca cola and cheep high quality Chinese products but not yours .. and now I am getting to the point the main thing in country's indicator is GDP per capita, when the world will bay your products because it is the best so the GDP will rise and the country could spend more to development of cheaper and high quality products, could built modern universities (not only in Teheran) could could build hospitals where people would come from abroad to have medical service, could build modern schools with latest tech, the pensia for old people will be higher etc...and if you say it is not that way so we will not agree, my friend

توی سال ۱۳۵۳ با 10دلار خریدمون خیلی کم بود چون که ارزش دلار در برابر ارزش ریال ایران خیلی کم بود و ارزش ریال ایران خیلی زیاد بود یه کارگر ساده 55هزار تومن حقوق ماهنش بود که می‌توانست با حقوق 4ماهش یه مرسدس بنز مدل 1970بخره یه مرسدس 201هزار تومن بود واقعا عجب روزگاری بود من اون موقع 24سالم بود اما الان 72سالمه
