As a first time user of this product. I am looking forward to the automatic process. Little feedback for the company, the beeping with every temperature change should become optional sound setting. It can be annoying after awhile. Also, my machine is on but won't start when the R button is pushed. It just beeps and blinks. This part is confusing as the press remains open. The drawer is pushed all the way in as well and no error code shows. The directions also do not mention what the gold sheet is for that arrives with. I see now it is a cover to be placed on top of the heat transfer item. Probably should make mention of that in future documents. Going to keep trying to work with this product as I am sure once I get it to automatically press it will do a wonderful job.

It's sublimation paper，you should use a sublimation printer.

@@antonioverge5926 I ordered in September and had a ship date of November 10th. Last weekend I canceled my order. Then placed an order on Amazon. It was delivered yesterday but the handle was broken. The replacement is supposed to come tomorrow. I was also able to get an extended warranty for $33.
