Hi @AbeMaruta We find the majority of our listings on the various Facebook groups that are for the specific areas we are looking at around Bali. You can find them in the description of this video👍 It is somewhat competitive but there are plenty of villas out there. Just depends on your budget & what your looking for. What areas in Bali are you looking for?

omg where are you finding these cheap accomodations ? on fb or? saw the fb links you shared.. I'm surprised as the fb page that I'm in "BALI ❤ LONG TERM Yearly/Monthly Rentals" is SUPER expensive.. 5-10x more expensive than what you are posting here

Hello! Long term Airbnb does come with advantages, like bills are usually covered and your place might be managed e.g. cleaning, maintenance, etc. But you also would probably pay a premium for this. Finding an owner or agent through a Facebook group does take some extra work initially but might save you some cash in the long run. Particularly if you are renting for a longer period of time.

Hey Rick! Yes, in some areas rent has doubled. Typically they are the villas in the most popular areas like Canggu, Ubud & Uluwatu. Jumping on the Facebook groups in the description of our video you’ll be able to check out some places to get a feel for what’s out there. If it were us we’d look outside of the popular spots to reduce the prices but it also has to match with what you’re after. Going for viewings helps as well to get a sense for the areas.

Things have changed in Bali- the rent & food prices are outrageous and have tripled with WAY too many people/crime there now! Do NOT go there especially if you are Russian- STAY (TF) AWAY! Go to the Philippines - so CHEAP and beautiful!!!!
