Recently gifted a charm pack and instead of adding it to my fabric stash, I pulled a coordinating piece of fabric from my stash, cut that into the same equal amount of charms and made this pattern - what a cute quilt top it made - even with just using the one charm pack and fabric from my stash. After putting a border on mine it measures 37 x 52 1/2 - I just need to sandwich it and quilt it. Thank you so much for your video!

Collecting fabric is definitely a benefit of quilting, Carolyn. You may benefit from watching this video about using up lots of fabrics at once! kzbin.info/www/bejne/ooOTfX2Zd7qkr5o The key is to precut your fabric into usable sizes so you'll be more apt to get started on your next quilt. I had over 1K fat quarters at one point and promised myself to quilt with it before buying more. It took 5 years!! But I made some fun quilts and it actually developed my quilting style which I love. Yes it's chain piecing, but also it's web piecing. You will quickly get 4 quarters and sew them togther. Top done. Doyou want brders?

Are you using standard 1/4 " seam or scant seam to piece together?
