Never knew much about strokes and what it can do to a loved one. My father had to undergo emergency heart surgery one day he checked himself into the ER. Surgery was a success, but, post heart surgery he underwent a severe stroke that paralyzed his righr side of hia body and wouldnt open his eyes or speak... while in the ICU he had even more strokes that ultimately cost him his life. I miss everyday dad.

@Baigle1
@Baigle1 5 жыл бұрын
too much water, or with the wrong mineral and dissolved solids concentrations, can kill you. does that make it poison? no. just don't drink salt water or guzzle gallons of tap CO2, very high concentrations 2-10% in the little air sacs of the lungs (educated guess), does that make it poisonous? no. cyanide, blocks oxygen absorption into the blood, useful for slowing the growth and spread of oxygen hungry cancer cells, giving the body and other treatments more time... you can't eat half a bottle of those caffeine pills either its like a computer... a lot of things have to work perfectly, some little things affect it negatively in a worse way than others. and what about the guys that increase their telomere length by injecting lethal amounts of snake venom for decades

A stroke is change in body temperature In the major stroke patients, body temperature started to rise 4 to 6 hours after stroke onset. At 10 to 12 hours after stroke onset, increased body temperature was found to be related to poor outcome. In mild to moderate stroke, there was no significant rise in temperature. A blood temperature control needle stops strokes

My grandma had two strokes in january. She had afib which is what put her more at risk for tia. Her first stroke happened at home and she wasnt found till later morning hours, she had the stroke very early morning hours. She was taken to the hospital and as the strong woman she was, was recovering well. However, she was moved to a more busy hospital due to insurance and there she had her second, she did not recover well. I miss her everyday and i advise those who have a loved one who is very on time with things and a creature of habit, that if they're acting different from the norm, you check up on them. My grandma was supposed to get up for church that morning and did not.

from my understanding a stroke is when the heart cant heat a vein enough and the vein collapses which blocks blood from moving back to the heart and when the blood cant move it makes oxygen disappear in the blood and it gets replaced with nitrogen and makes the body unable to move correctly , very similar to asphyxiation and nitrogen replacing oxygen which is the light headed feeling people get when they experience asphyxiation , which is why recovery from strokes is registered in terms of body temperature "In the major stroke patients, body temperature started to rise 4 to 6 hours after stroke onset. At 10 to 12 hours after stroke onset, increased body temperature was found to be related to poor outcome." and from my understanding a needle to control body temperature will increase outcomes and possibly stop strokes all together
