Very great video! I've been dealing with dizziness, nausea , anxiety for the past 4 months and have been going to AO chiro but I think the root cause might be BVD. Thanks for your videos.

Thank you. Yes, I WISH I could say it is just one thing, but the reality as you see is that there are a lot of contributing pieces. Each one matters, and nothing replaces anything else. For the eyes, a neuro-optomistist who is a member of "NORA" is who I use.

Thank you for your videos doc... eye opening and a lot of help. My neurologist insists that it's purely emotional although I have a straightened cervical curve, congenitally fused C5 & C6, spondylitic changes in multiple cervical vertebrae.

You are very welcome. If you have spondylosis, I could be wrong, but I'd met money it is at least a contributing factor. Could be 10%, could be 50%. I don't know. Try the standing test, no pillow. You can also try it with your head in different positions (not moving), and on one leg only. It won't differentiate between neck and vestibular organs in those circumstances, but it will point if there is more than just emotional going on.

@DrJeffreyHannahDC OK will do... I tried the standing ones after watching the video... piece of cake, but when I moved my neck I couldn't pass 15 counts... got so dizzy I had to rest.

@@nohasamir3134 Yeah, that ain't "just emotional." That's likely either neck or inner ear. I'd see if you have an upper cervical chiropractor plus a vestibular physical therapist in your area to narrow it down (its often both).

@DrJeffreyHannahDC Thank you... that's really difficult. I'm in Cairo, Egypt. Still trying to find someone qualified to handle my case. I also have scoliosis. I'm suspecting cervical instability and/or Atlas misalignment. No orthogonal treatment here so far. Doing my homework to understand as much as I can so I can eventually find someone to help. Your educational content is really appreciated.

@@nohasamir3134 You're welcome ... and I know personally what it's like when you can't get the help because you just don't have the options you need. What I didn't know before were the exercises, so worth giving a go to see if they can help rewire your brain to help w the balance aspects.
