Thanks for this vital info sir. Please I need your help. Was operated in my L4 disk. According to my doctor he said I got litle disk harnistio. But after this operation the pain got worse to extend I cannot even do any activity for more than 4 years now. I keep doing exercise and other physical therapy but still having thiis pain round my hip. The funy thing now is that I wasn't having any pain in my hip before the surgery. It was just pain on my right leg when bending down. But after the back surgery my back and hip became very painful now. Please please just need some help thsnks
