Thanks for the video. It helped to confirm what my mechanic predicted the noise to be.

I have 2021 Sonata that just hit 45,000 miles. Its developed an annoying clunk in the right rear suspension. Since its so new and relatively low miles I'm assuming a defective shock. Dealer says they can't find anything wrong.

having this same problem too only for me it’s on my 06 civic but I also think I may have gotten a bad shock

Had no idea hyundai sonata suspension was so complicated. Might as well disassemble and rebuild all of it on both sides... that's if the car is in good condition otherwise.

I've checked all your videos ans you don't have one on how to remove and replace the oil pan on a 2015 bmw 428i coupe. What car is very similar to mines?

I changed shocks and sway bar links what else it feels like rattling cans in back and like it rocks like a boat.

Did it fix it?

@@lloydchristmas1086Nope also new rotors/pads they put a new bolt on exhaust. It drives me crazy ppl I drive say they hear it but my mechanic doesn’t. They have put it on lift 10 times tighten everything they say they see nothing loose. I just got a new mechanic cause these two are idiots. It took them 10 days of having my car off and on to diagnose a loud noise was my breaks. I told them it was my breaks a dozen times and they refused to listen. It sounds high up in rear I’m dying to find the problem next I guess is shock bushings. I don’t know I may just try to get a new car. It sounds exactly high up where he says is the mount. Suspension is the worst to diagnose might as well throw damn cars away when suspension goes ughhhhhhhhhh.

@@boundariessetinstone5893 i had ratteling cans noise on my 1970 el camino. Turns out the rear drum brake springs broke apart and all the pieces were flying around ratteling inside the drum. ☺️

Replaced the sway bar links, still making rattling noise

Same, I also replaced my sway bar bushings too but still hearing something over every bump. Shop says everything looks good ….. so confused

@@TheReehosame bro Wtf’s going on 🙏🏼
@TheReeho10 күн бұрын
@@KUC32Laurel Apparently the noise was coming from the jack rattling in the trunk so the shop tied that down and that fixed the issue lol. Check your bolts again and torque it to spec. Then check everything in the trunk (jack, spare, etc)
