Information about LENS:
LENS Neurofeedback treatment is a safe and gentle stress reduction modality which can improve cognitive and emotional functionality. Through an EEG device the LENS software measures brain wave activity at certain sites on the head through sensors, and a feedback signal is emitted back to the brain, allowing the brain to reorganize itself. It is FDA approved as a biofeedback device for relaxation, muscle re-education and stress reduction. It does not treat any specific disease or diagnosis. It may help in the reduction of symptoms associated with many mental and physical disorders like ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Depression, Panic Attacks, Parkinson’s Disease, OCD, Traumatic Brain Injuries (any fall or impact which targets the head), and more.
