As much as I love Clexa, it's actually pretty obvious that she said Lexa because she's obligated to do so, because that's what the fans wanted. I just feel sorry for her that she have to answer this kind of question every single time, it's always about shipping and rarely about her character development. Don't try too hard to stand up for things that aren't necessary, you are the one that _assumed_ I was throwing shade when I wasn't. Lol.

I'm pretty sure she only gets uncomfortable whenever she is forced to answer a question about Bellarke. Shes even said how she doesnt see them as more than friends, but because thats obviously the route she shows going to be going, shes going to pull support out of her ass. Clexa she did indeed support and she even shipped it more than most of the other Clexa shippers tbh. But I will agree with you that people should stop putting so much focus on ships and focus on what really matters. The individual characters, their development and the plot itself. The action and the adventure aspects are the best parts. Not the romance. There are plenty of romance shows/movies/novels out there for those who just watch for ships and crave romance. mainly looking for. Heck theres even fanfiction. I love this show so much but nothing annoys me more than the ship wars between Bellarkers and Clexa shippers. If you support one over the other, good for you, but dont be that person that make the other feel bad for not agreeing with you.

Thank you so much for this, buddy. I'm tired of all these shipping wars too, I'm fine with either ships tbh, because all of us are free to choose and ship whoever we want to, but I've encountered people that insult the other ships to validate their own, I feel disgusted whenever I read those comments. There are also people that are hardcore shippers who just jump right in and assumed others are insulting and invalidating their ship just because they detect some negativity which was never meant for in the first place. I'm grateful to Clarke that she's still showing love to Lexa, it means a lot to me, but this show is more than just love interests, this show is so much more but sadly, it's being reduced to shipping wars nowadays. If only people are as respectful as you towards the others, the world would be in a much better place. Thank you, really. :)
