All the Pakistani christians and hindus seem so polite , well mannered and humble , i especially adore them for their respect towards our religious beliefs just like our Quran tells us to love Jesus since he is mentioned as a prophet in Islam and also tells us to talk and dine with our christain brothers and sisters. I sincerely apologise if you ever got hurt and or hear or read something offensive about christians here. You all deserve respect and appreciation since we all are one in Pakistan. Christians fast is a very difficult fast for 24 hrs and you have to eat the simplest food possible. My family did it every year, they opened with black tea with no sugar and one chappati. The idea of fast is to discipline yourself and not stuff your face. It is a sacrifice you make, during the holy month of Lent you can also change a habit you enjoy the most, it can be eating sweets, smoking cigarettes, or you can also donate alms.
