What is the Red tool called that you used to sinch down the ring?

Don't have to use that. Just use flat head and something to hit with too tightn the ring

It would help to know the wire gauge, to find other clamps for different gauges. Good video, well-presented.

There is also a combination connector (Halex 20570, Sigma 42002) which looks like an NM connector but has a ring with a hole in it to prevent the bushing from going through and possibly falling out while allowing the wires to pass through like they would on a regular BX/AC connector. They clamp the end of the cable rather than use a set screw so they work on either type of cable as long as you don't overtighten the clamp screws.
