For those that guess wrong don’t be lame and delete it, cause I can see when you do. Leave it up cause I’m genuinely interested. Looking at you @BB

I got to the part of the video already before I could guess, but I was so going to guess the tank being the cheapest, and the fish being most expensive. Only because of all my fish related purchases, my tanks were always the cheapest, most of them free and when I was looking into buying rainbow shiners a while ago, they were pretty expensive for fish. Lol don't get me started on hard scape.haha. I pretty much find and make my own because of the cost, tho buying from places like nurseries and hardware stores its a lot less expensive. Anyway, tfs another interesting and informative video:)

I wish I could find tanks for free around here. Everyone seems to want to price gauge each other and no one just wants to get rid of it. I’ve seen 10 gallon tanks sell for $100. And hard stores, nurseries, and gravel yards are all really great ways to get cheap rock. I wanted some “fancier” rock and I just couldn’t pass up the price on them.

The most sensible guess

@@TheAquariumLibrary I wrote it as soon as you asked. I know the Chrosomus Notropis aren’t cheap, but have priced Dragonstone several times. Stuff is crazy high. You did quite well on all your acquisitions.

I would've guessed the dragonstone. I also wanted to mention the audio is a bit hard to listen to. Might want to look into your mic placement.

What about it was to hard to listen to? The music in the background, the sound of my voice? Cause the microphone is the same one I’ve used for the past two years and haven’t had but one other comment on its quality.
@bigben83692 жыл бұрын
@@TheAquariumLibrary Your voice sounds a bit muffled, like as if the microphone is behind your chair. You may want to speak more directly into it, or adjust the EQ so it has more high end.

I’ll look into the EQ, thank you

I see some info online saying that Rainbow Shiners only live about a year. Is that right?!
@TheAquariumLibrary2 жыл бұрын
I have not found that to be the case when kept in captivity. Some people I know are going on 3-4 years with their shiners. Maybe in the wild that is more true.

@@TheAquariumLibrary ah makes sense since they are not huge in the hobby (yet!)
@TheAquariumLibrary2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, not too many people have kept that yet. The ones I have I know are at least a year old and are still alive and well.
