I completely lack the context of the song, but I think whoever wrote the lyrics unfortunately drew from experience. While the content is hardly an ideal or healthy way to cope with a broken heart, it's completely understandable and probably even relatable to many people. A great song like this is just not fair.

Good cover, though I've got to be honest, the biggest issue with this cover compared to the original is that it doesn't feel ragged or upset enough. Like so much of the song is just lost without the singer sounding like their are about to burst into tears or start shouting angrily in a rage. This just feels too...smooth.
