Evacuate? Seriously? We're not talking about a slow sinking ship. We're talking about a plane that is almost nose down and probably going a couple hundred miles an hour giving mere seconds before impact. No, there is absolutely NO chance of evacuation.

It is not so much what caused the crash, it is what they were transporting. Many quarts of that red liquid that comes in quart size bags. They say they were going to Missouri, but they were making a bee line to Dalhart, Texas. What is in Dalhart? Gain-of-function researchers, by now I think they are having severe withdrawals.

Last thing thinking about is the plane crashing when your onboard a medivac plane transporting a sick patient. People need to realize these are part 161 don't have the same standards as part 121 the airlines use which have a much higher safety rating. I have seen these things up close . The skies above my home are clouded with them. These things are not man made and logic would tell you this. If we possessed things like these objects we would own the world . If China, Russia, North Korea had such technology they would as well. Think about that . They are not aware of our flight trajectory and usually not on our radar so the possibility of one of these things taking down a plane is quite a possibility. People have sent hobbyists drones after these things and that have dropped them out of the skies . At a certain point important people need to stop dismissing things and have discussions

@@tommloye4626 No way.. That is a type of spatial disorientation. There were 2 instrument rated professional pilots flying this airplane. Flying in the clouds in IMC is something they do every single day. Their IFR clearance was to turn right to a heading of 290 right after takeoff, they never did. I believe they encountered a serious problem shortly after takeoff they were fighting with. Maybe an explosion in the engine, or some other major mechanical problem that took away their ability to control the aircraft. What that problem was is currently unknown. This aircraft doesn't have a black box, therefore, finding the cause of this accident is going to be very difficult. ( private, instrument, commercial, multi-engine pilot)

No, it was transmitting altitude, heading, and airspeed telemetry all the way down. In an emergency, flying the airplane, regaining control, is the top priority. Communicating with ATC is last in priority. The old adage is "aviate, navigate, communicate" in that order. At 1600' regaining control is right effing now, or never.

Because the lights were on. People see an aircraft crash and automatically recall a fire. It’s a preconception. Several studies have been conducted into eyewitness accounts and many adults claim they saw the aircraft on fire when there is clear evidence it wasn’t. Interestingly children described the accidents far more accurately because they have no preconceptions.

@Captain101-x1o
@Captain101-x1o 6 күн бұрын
@@Grimbeeper-mv3gtutter rubbish! Firstly it’s actually pretty hard to get the standard 55 out of trim unless it’s the ER version, and even then not easy. Over temping a jet engine will not normally cause it to catch fire, well not immediately. Exceeding EPR or N2 is more of a concern but even so it will normally throw a blade or bearing and is unlikely to catch fire. It takes a major fuel or oil leak to cause fire and even then it’s normally well contained. Secondly- Even if the engine does catch fire, as it is aft mounted on a pylon the fire will not effect the fuselage as will trail behind the aircraft. You can probably fly for 15 mins with the engine on fire before it just burns itself off the pylon. Thirdly - The aircraft here is clearly not on fire. The video shows white light projecting in front of the aircraft. Fire is orange and trails behind the aircraft. I would hold off on that NTSB job application a while longer if I was you….

That hurt my brain to watch that whole segment. The first guy, the captain, didn't address the giant elephant standing in the middle of the room, that is, why was the fucking plan on fire before it hit the ground. That has nothing to do with weight and balance. Typically if it's a weight and balance problem, and the plane is unbalanced toward the left, we saw what happened with that 747 in Afghanistan, the nose will come up and the plane will eventually stall and fall out of the sky. If the center of gravity is too far forward, and if you're going fast enough for it to fly, you can pretty easily compensate for that by using your control surfaces to keep the plane flying level, at least not in a nose down attitude. And then the question of whether anybody "could have exited the airplane". That may be the dumbest question I ever heard on a news segment. That was just a simply dumbfoundingly stupid comment and I hope at some point he is embarrassed for making it. In terms of the accident, it looks like the plane exploded. The video shows nothing... and all of a sudden a fireball plummeting straight to Earth appears. If it had been on fire you would have seen a very dull glow that would have gotten brighter as it approached, but that's not what you saw. In my opinion it exploded, and there's only a couple possible reasons for that. One is they lost an engine that threw debris and took out a wing filled with fuel. The second possibility that comes to mind is a medical oxygen tank blew up. If they had developed a fast leak or valve was broken on a tank of 100% oxygen, it's possible that it became concentrated enough to ignite. I don't know why the plane exploded, I just know that particular news segment was an exercise an idiocy.
