I can relate to cutting your mother out of your life. I did the same for several years, after decades of trying to get her to stop her obnoxious behavior towards me. After 18 months of no contact, I gradually began opening the doors of communication with her. The result? After 50+ years of putdowns, picking fights, and nasty remarks, her behavior changed completely. She was as sweet as I could ask her to be. But from my standpoint it was WAY too late. I remained cordial, but as far as I was concerned she’d stopped being my “mom” when I was about ten. Why anyone would antagonize their child, for decades on end, is something I’ll never understand.

The guy who had OP "make the dog disappear" is the absolute worst person in existence. The OP that caused his dad's death is selfish. There is no way that you should EVER hang up on someone if they are looking for help. I don't even like my father but if he ever called me for help, I'd drop everything for him, not because he's my father, but because someone is needing help.
@kendallstafford7825

although i mostly agree, i also would like to point out that OP was 16 and mentioned it had been going on for months with no sign of help. to put that burden on your teenager is selfish and abusive. it is an utterly horrid situation, but the kid should not be blamed for their father taking his life.

My story should be in here too. So as briefly as I can, when I was about 8-10 years old, my parents took me to the theatre. We had a great evening. When the show was over and we got up to leave. My Pop saw how packed it was getting out and, being friends with a lot of people around town, he waved to one of the attendants near one of the employee exits. Pop quickly led me and Mom towards the door and quick as you like, we were outside. Turns out it was an alley exit that most of the theater attendants used for smoke breaks. We headed towards where our but-uhhh Uber was waiting at the far side of the alley. Out of nowhere, this POS pulls a gun on us. My Pop surrendered at first but then something happened and that a-hole opened fire. He shot my Mom and Pop right there. For some reason, I remember my Mom’s pearls from her necklace bouncing off of the cold, rain-soaked asphalt. That was almost 20 years ago. And now, all I can think of is vengeance. I’ve also since then had an affinity for the color black. And I hate hockey pads.

Suiticidal idolization...I'm both a tool of convenience and a disappointment to my parents.my friends see me as an inferior specimen. Most conversations people ignore talk over me or laugh at me.i feel like a side character in my own life.despite dedicating all my time into work,help parents with home projects, and helping friends at every opportunity they all still treat me as burden.im the odd ball and no one let's me forget it.i dabble in various subjects that no one ik seems to share .i just feel generally unvalued.that the only people I can relate to are the poets and philosophers of the distant past.that being said I'm doing writing projects when i have time to channel my negitive emotions into art.and am piecing together an incredible psychological scifi thriller.my delivery needs work but the concepts and story is truly amazing

The entitlement of some people in this video is unreal. You allow your dog to trespass freely, and when the property owner defends themself, you destroy their property ????? We truly are doomed as a society at this point if anyone thinks this is acceptable.
@mannys9130
@mannys9130 Ай бұрын
IDK why every dog owner assumes that everyone else in society loves dogs and absolutely doesn't mind if they come onto their property, or comes up to them and licks or jumps or asks to be pet. IDK why they walk off-leash and get annoyed when others are frightened or angered by a big dopey mutt barreling toward them in the middle of the road. Some people don't like dogs. I say "keep yours to yourself, and keep it quiet." Nothing better than a neighbor who walks their dog every morning and lets them piss and shit in your front lawn (ruining the grass) and rarely cleans up their own backyard so every time it rains and the wind kicks up you can't even enjoy being in your own backyard because it stinks like shit. 😑 Dogs are GREAT. 🙄

Story 11, if your wife/gf is dead-set against moving away from the guy that got her pregnant, I would look into that VERY CLOSELY. Make damn sure you’re not the place holder man in her life. If she was afraid/didn’t want that man around, she would leap at the chance to move away. So look into that. But really man, why would you get back with a woman that was pregnant with another guy’s kid? Now look at the mess you’re in. Man up brother. I know it’s probably just fiction though. At least, I hope it is.

Oof story 1.... I was r*ped by my babysitter's daughter for 1 whole year, everyday we were together. I was around 7 I think? She was 1 or 2 years older than me. Then when i was 10, my step brother m*lested me for a week. One time my granmda found out 1 of the things he had me do to him, and had me tell my parents. My stepdad talked to my brother, and it took years, 1 of them where we lived with my brother, until i found out he didn't tell my parents the whole story. I came out with everything, only for my other brother to say our brother would never do something like that to me. My relationship wth him has never been the same since then. Ended up getting a restraining order on the 1 brother and got him registered, but his mom went off on my stepdad, saying "He's your son. What he did was wrong, but he doesn't deserve all of this." Less bad things happened to me with them. When our oarents married, i wasn't treated the same by my step siblings for a lon time, because i had a different last name. And the 1 brother who did stuff to me, was super verbally abusive to me and my other brother. Before all of this, I was abused by adults through most of my childhood. Not sure what i did to deserve any of it

I’m sorry to hear that, wow that’s so awful. I think it happens to a lot of us unfortunately, you are not alone in that. My dad had a girlfriend with an adult son when I was ten years old and he did the same thing to me when they ditched me off on him while they went out. I swear parents just turn a blind eye to this stuff because it’s inconvenient or else they stupidly and blindly trust others to not be sh-t bags. Bad move, never a good idea to blindly trust anyone. People hide who they really are so carefully and wear a mask of innocence. Time and time again humans prove they are capable and somehow people never seem to learn to not be such trusting fools. What I did with mine was when I had kids I taught them self defense moves using KZbin videos, and they carried pepper spray on a cord around their necks if they left here alone once they were old enough. We talked and talked about bodily autonomy and the right to say no, also about how they should NEVER keep an uncomfortable secret even if another person threatens them with some horrible thing-that they always do that to silence their victims and it never happens, those threats that they use against you never actually happen and it’s just lies to keep them quiet. Don’t believe it, always come tell me even if you’re scared. I was always like “don’t you worry about me, who is scarier than me?” while making claw hands and growling which made them laugh. I told them that mama bear had their backs. If you ever have kids, teach them what to do if this stuff happens to them. The one positive thing that came of it for me was hyper vigilance as a mother. I watched people around my kids like a hawk. No one got anything past my eyes when it came to my kids. The o w time my daughter got sexually harassed by the older brother of her best friend, she turned him down because he was four years older than her and she was in middle school-so way too young. Her friend went inside to use the bathroom and he was hounding her to see him in secret because he knew it was wrong at her age. She declined and tried to walk away. He flipped out on her and grabbed her around the neck from behind in a choke hold. Because we practiced self defense moves early, she knew how to break that hold. She managed to use his arm as leverage and literally flipped him over her shoulder onto the ground flat on his back which knocked the wind out of him a bit and stunned him-allowing her to get away from him. She told her friend and they called me to come get them because their mom had went out for a while. Needless to say when his mom heard what he did he got grounded for a month, all of his electronics taken away, and had a chore list a mile long over it. He learned the importance of consent that day between getting his butt kicked by a much younger smaller girl and then his parents were very mad at him. So it pays to prepare your kids for this dog eat dog world. Give them the tools to survive now that you know what happens when you don’t have that. If you choose to have kids, that is.

You didn't do anything at all to deserve this. It's just the way life unfolds for some of us. Innocent babies are the victims of the most cruel, horrifying, vomit-inducing violence and abuse and yet, there are still idiots out there who will respond by saying "Oh Jesus bless this child and embrace him in your loving arms. We live through you Jesus! Protect this little boy and keep him safe from Satan! We have faith in your plan, God." It makes me sick. There very clearly IS NO FUCKING GOD when innocent children wind up alone with a predator who rapes them so viciously that girls are left with one giant hole and boys are left requiring reconstructive surgery that still doesn't quite allow them to not shit their pants after eating tacos. It's so monstrous I just cannot even articulate the fury I feel when I hear religious whackos talk about thoughts and prayers for SA victims. The one dim flicker of a silver lining for your situation is that you are uniquely equipped to help other victims acknowledge their attack(s) and process everything so that they can both heal their mind and prosecute their attacker(s) and effect the administration of justice. 🤷🏼‍♂️

What's there to not agree with? Every LGBT trait is a natural variant that you find across thousands of different species, including our own. The fact that you "don't agree with it" just says to me that you stopped learning biology in like 10th grade & haven't cracked a book since. There are not just 2 sets of sex chromosomes. There are many variations of those as well. Having people who are in the LGBT variant makes perfect sense evolutionarily. If I'm straight & my brother is gay or trans, my parent's genes still get passed down when I have children & instead of having his own kids who also would need resources, my brother is another able bodied adult in the family to also be able to provide resources to my children. That means my children have an edge when compared to other children in "the tribe". My children have the full care & attention of their parents, their grandparents & their uncle. If he were straight & also had kids, my kids would only have the full attention of their parents & half the attention of their grandparents. Do you see how having an LGBT member of the family is actually beneficial to our species considering most of our timeline consisted of hunting/gathering? If there isn't a female clownfish, one of the males will change into a female. Like I've said, LGBT is a common & completely natural variant.
