I just fasted for the first time, 24 hrs, Water only. I feel the Lord is bringing me into something big for His purpose. I specifically fasted for deliverance from habitual sins. I am about to be 6 days without a cigarette 🚬! Praise Jesus Christ for delivering me from the craving of nicotine. It's amazing because i literally have no physical cravings. The mental is still there, but anytime i think about caving I ask Him for strength. He is mighty to save and in His strength alone, the chains can be broken.

I've been seeing demons every night and my wife has started seeing them to. I just turned my life to Jesus and had no previously seen Demons. I fully repented from my sins and have given up pride, lust, pornography, masturbation, drugs everything and have been fully living in his light for 3 weeks now and the demons are pissed. When I wake up and see them standing there, I sit up and rebuke them. At first, I was afraid but after my 3rd encounter, I stopped caring. Jesus is my shepherd; I have no needs. His rod and his staff they comfort me even in the presence of all evils.

I have a testimony similar to this. I was sitting in my car on a rainy day(drizzling at the time, grey skies) and I remember thinking about the "floaters" i saw in my eyes at the time(two floaters) and how thry made me feel uneasy. A few moments later my mind went blank, and I exited my car without even thinking about it or why I was doing it. Then I heard The Lord in my spirit, do you wish to see them? My spirit wanted to see what the Lord wanted to show me. Then I saw the scariest thing I experienced to this day. Hundreds of not thousands of floaters surrounded me. They were black gel like, and they were buzzing around me like a swarm of locust. I remember panicking violently then in my spirit cried out to The Lord to make them go away then they vanished instantly. I'll never forget that day

Yes me too and not being able to hear the Lord. I too can feel the weight when things are lifted. I have also seen big beings I cannot see clear just the energy of them. I assume they are angles. They come and take them off and bind them then take them away. Usually in groups of 3-4. It’s been intermittent until this last time it lasted about a week every night. After they take the ones off they bring a new blanket of energy they put on. I have been considering fasting so I think I will give it a try also. Thanks for the layout and encouragement! I recently fasted and was delivered from a demon. I wasn’t expecting it at all. It was something I never experienced before and I had done way more intense fasts before this. The difference was my intention behind the fast- I prayed to God about what I wanted out of this fast- to be delivered. Two days after my fast in a dream that was happening physically to me at the same time..I was rebuking the spirit out of me. My longest water fast was 10 days 10 nights. Day 1 and 2 are always the toughest but the days after you lose your appetite, it really becomes a battle with your mind and spirit. Silence and prayer are so vital for longer periods without food. On day 11 when I broke my fast with watermelon, I cried with so much humility and gratitude.

I just saw a documentation about seawater. They said, to drink seawater heals diabetes and many other deseases. Please research about it. Nicaragua is the only country in the world, where the have even doctors who works with sea water. I dont know, how much seawater to drink every day. That i have to find out by myself, but i think 1/2 liter mixed with 1 Liter water will be ok every day. My hunger and cravings for bad food is ravenous and I pray about it daily and feel like my willpower is gone. Yes. Chiming in to say me too! I have done it in the past and felt so close and connected to God, and so energized and peaceful. I quit smoking everything and was fasting most of everyday. When I did have my meal for the day, I was eating mostly carnivore and some other healthy things but no carbs or sugar. Long story short, God helped me to see the poison that is our food supply and how it keeps us addicted to it. And then having psychology warfare all on top of it! It feels impossible sometimes. but we just have to keep trying! 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 "My grace is sufficient for you, and My strength is made perfect in weakness"

They literally tried to kill me. I still fast to this day. Individuals that God uses their eyes to see in the spiritual realm and hear his voice to speak prophetically have to do this often. reallll, i fasted for three days absolute. No water no food. Second day I am in a really weak state but in the third day I can't sleep and because of that, I just sang worship songs and prayed. And I have this feeling that I need to vomit. I got there in our bathroom as fast as I could to vomit, but there was nothing. But as I vomit, something comes out of me like I may not see but I feel, the feeling I have seems like the heavy feeling left me behind and my state was calm, at peace like you know you felt holy spirit filled. All this bad spirit flees from you, fasting cleanse you and brings you closer to God's presence. Before I fasted I used to hesitate on sharing His word because I lack of strength to do so, like I was thinking I might say something wrong and the words I'm about to tell may not be clearly herd. But after I did fasting, these words came out to my mind like fountain, and I become brave all of the sudden. I was also shock to myself, but I guess it was because that I fasted, my spirit was strong and from Him the knowledge overflows. Truly fasting really works if you resist, continued and did it in a right way. I have this formula that I always do, first I always pray before I started so I could have guidance and strength to do this and at the end of the day, a prayer for gratitude and for needs, second I sang praise and worship for hours straight and lastly read bible, meditate in His words. All of these must have done whole heartedly. You have to be concentrated, do not talk because if you do, what you've fasted for will just gone to waste. Highly recommended that it is great to do if you are alone, like you separated or excluded yourself from everyone, you are in quiet place, that way you will have easy concentration. Fasting gives you power to cast out demons and lay hands to heal sick people. Not only that, it transforms you to a whole different person. Fasting is really a must. I cannot testify like this if I didn't experienced it myself and if not for the strength that He gave. All glory, honor and thanksgiving belongs to Him! Hope you all my beloved brethrens will do this too soon or maybe again, we may all not perfect but for God is holy, let us strive and try our best to be holy, for we are the children of God so lets us be holy, live in spirit and truth, God bless us all!

By Fasting, Prayer and Reading bible, it is indeed that bad spirit was cast out of me. Fasting clearly works and it is indeed has benefits like cleanse physically and a change in mental or personality, brings you closer to Him. Fasting isn't dangerous actually if you do it in the right way. During fasting, you have to fully concentrate, all your focus are on Him, do not talk too much, talk but for His glory (Do not joke nor talk idle things) so your strength won't be drained not until you have your break. (But of course do not talk bad things ever, don't curse or anything.). After fast, breaking must start with minimal and soft foods, also drink fruit juice or eat fruit (natural one is the best). Long fast is actually possible, by the glory of our loving God, our pastor actually did a long fasting, I do not remember to be exact but in order to save sipadan hostages in jolo sulu Philippines last year 2000, he fasted almost a hundred and during he was there, he fasted for 120. In normal days, it is said that he fasted two meals everyday. Yes it is indeed hard but in order to show the world that God is mighty and powerful, he sacrificed his health state. And God didn't disappoint him in his earnest prayer request, hostages are saved and the commander terrorist accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and safely our pastor and 12 prayer warriors exited the place safely. Up unto this day, still the greatest living testimony that if we truly walk like how God appoints us to be and we praise, pray and fast, all things are possible, miracles happens. Today, in our church, lepers walks, blind sees, mute talks, deaf hears, psoriasis healed, aids healed, cancer healed, demon possessed freed, leprosy healed, troubled life turns to happy life, drug addict changed and many more miracles. And so do I who died and yet by His mercy and love and through my parents faith I was brought back to life. Today, we do not take medicine, we rely on faith and God never disappoints us. He also bless us more and more. Truly God works in our lives, He is mighty and wonderful beyond than we can imagine. I committed myself to read the Bible daily & have horrible intrusive thoughts (lust memories, ppl..) when I’m reading the word of God & at times, I have an overwhelming scary feeling as if I’m surrounded by demons attacking me with fear out of nowhere just right before I read the Bible but read it anyway (& the readings were in the book of Daniel ch. 10 or Ephesians ch. 6 about spiritual battles/our wrestle being against principalities, powers, the rulers of the darkness of this world, spiritual wickedness) so I rebuke them in the name of Jesus to go away! Also I used to pray in the morning but nowadays I struggle to pray in the mornings due to distractions so I end up praying at night or afternoons & sometimes shorter too, but I pray cause if I don’t pray, it’s a sin & the Lord won’t fight the battles for us cause praying is asking the Lord for help. I’ve been concerned about my weight too. I’m 105 pounds, due to a lot of intermittent fasting. I’m a 53 year old lady, and I’m 5 feet, 5 inches. I keep trying and failing, with the fasting. What makes it worse is that my family don’t believe yet, and I’m fighting this horrendous battle with food and with warfare coming against me and them. My husband thinks I have lost too much weight, but God still tells me to keep fasting! My family are not aware of the spiritual battle. I can’t talk to them. I have to still cook for them as well. I’ve been struggling for almost two years. The whole family is affected with the food thing (comfort eaters) and I have this terrible guilt. Sorry, I don’t want to go into self-pity. Thank you so much for this! I really needed this! I've been having similar things happening to me. That is not me. The push back is real and i was blaming myself asking what is wrong with me feeling guilty about it and i felt God say - i don't condem - and this is confirmation! I started to resort to listening to the Bible instead of reading and allot of the time it would just feel like my ears were being covered and it would not make sense and like something was stopping me from understanding. Also feeling kind of like an annoyance to pray. I also started noticing that i had been obsessing over food and wanting to eat more than usual and gaining weight. I've tried fasting a few times only to eat the second half of the day. I think i remember when it first came in. I was going thru allot in my life (allot of bad things happened to me all at once) and feeling mad at God for not protecting me/or somehow stopping me from ruining my life. Oh, wait.... I think I'm just realizing that i could have had one in me at that time from before, that was from the sin i was doing at that time that made me make the poor decisions i made! Revelation? Anyways it was the middle of the night and just feeling hopeless and strong anger, very negative! I think i might have been being tormented by this very dark angry feeling hating myself. Very dark. Then all of a sudden i felt pure emptiness like the presence of God and his love were gone! Completely blank! Nothing! It's as of i became a black hole. No feelings. It was so weird and scary. I knew something demonic had happened in that moment. I suddenly began praying over myself and my son as well and fell asleep. That was around a year ago. I am currently "overcoming" cancer. Learning our words have power with what we say about ourselves, so i choose to say overcoming! Be Grace onto you! Thank you for this message. Thank you Lord for this popping up on my feed. Praise God! This is very true about fasting. I did a three day Esther fast (no food, no water) in the 100°F heat last year. It was SO rough at times. One morning I was trying to make my daughter's breakfast and nearly passed out but the Lord held me up and strenghthened me every single day. He encouraged me to get out and about so I did. I ended up going to a friend's house helping them cook and clean and even resting in a hammock outside in the heat for a while. I felt very energized 😂 God gave me Phillipians 4:13 in a way that I had never understood it b4 ❤

I am struggling with lust. I quit all worldly things except masturbation. I quit sex for a year now. It’s so tough. Prayer and fasting!!!! Attacks will usually come when you try to stop the sin but you have to stay strong through Christ. The Bible says to FLEE from lust. Ask God to give you strength to overcome temptation and ask him to give you conviction and to sanctify you. the ultimate pleasure is in pleasing our Almighty God and not in the fleshly desires. I know it’s very hard and I have struggled with something similar. Be very careful about what you allow into your eye gates and ear gates. Do not watch things that tempt you, do not listen to music that talks about it. Delete social media if you have to, stop using your phone or computer if you have to… FLEE from it! The Bible says if your right hand causes you to sin then cut it off, if your eye causes you to sin gauge it out (don’t do this literally) but anything that causes you to sin cut it out. You will overcome this!

I found your vid/channel on my KZbin recommendations and I remembered the title "Fasting DESTROYS demons" and like, a day later I simply could not find your video on KZbin anymore and I've been going to the search engine typing the exactly video title for like a week and I scrolled down all the options and it was like your channel/video was gone, deleted. Thank God it came up for me today. I'm gonna listen to your older videos on fasting to see if I can get insights for myself. Realizing. that I would not have missed that much if I had continued too fast instead of Eating on mother's Day and continuing Monday through Friday of this week. When they're having celebrations at work. I felt like this was part of the test that God wanted me to pass. But I failed.

Girl, get back up and try again. One thing I found is that sometimes the Lord will allow you to continue to be tested in the same area of failure until you advance it. It's not over. Repent, seek the Lord for strength, and if He puts on your heart to endure this extended fast again, be assured He will give you His abundant Grace 🤍✝️

You are a temple of the most high God. Even Satan was not permitted to enter into Job. Surely he caused him great suffering but he was never possessed. @@oklartse small goals first. When it comes to both fasting and depression, small goals is the best way to start. Can't fast 24 hours? Try 12. Can't clean the whole house? Start small. Something that helped me when I was depressed and couldn't get out of bed is that I put on my shoes. Just something to push myself a little bit. I also put some sort of salt in my water for dehydration like Celtic salt. God bless you my friend, I know you can do it and I have you in my prayers 🙏

Before I go to bed I pray that too because they were getting in my dreams or stirring up commotions of the flesh. I can definitely tell they hate fasting because whenever I try to fast the other people living in the same house start going balistic, slamming doors, making loud noises and banging, walking around aimlessly like they're possessed, etc. It's bizzare and also super annoying at the same time.

I fasted for a whole month. It’s crazy how your mind and body changes almost here like if the demons leave. I’ve struggled with demons as well, which has made it hard to pray too. Which has caused me to also be a little bit OCD .. And sometimes sensitive to people who also had them making me wanna be away from those people and not letting them get close to me

Well scripturally it is said that fasting is sometimes required to get rid of them. Not in all cases do they feed off of food but in my case they do indirectly. I’ve been struggling with intestinal parasites and that’s what’s been allowing the demon to have right inside my body. So what this demon does is get me to eat and eat a certain amount to keep me from fasting and getting rid of these parasites. I should have been more specific but it doesn’t to apply to every demon or situation for example, I’ve had a jezebel spirit and that she strictly was lust oriented. I appreciate the comment because it opened my eyes too that my situation is a bit unique ALTHOUGH a lot of us have parasites through processed foods, fast foods or things of that nature that can allow demons to enter and stay in you, thus the demon will indirectly feed off food to keep the parasites alive and thus keep living in you.

It started by a prophetic word where someone said I have a demonic parasite inside of me, that led me to pray on it and The Lord confirmed I did. Then I saw more videos on my feed about parasites and felt convicted that I had them and one of them explained symptoms that I had. The biggest one was and this is sensitive but a itchy anus, severely. Every night I would have this happen and it’s been happening for years and I assumed it was normal but when I heard that being a symptom my heart shook. After seeing this video and praying about it, the Lord said to fast to get rid of them and I decided to try it, took a few fast (1 - 4 day fast) when finally, I started to feel them squirm by my anus and that’s when I knew I had parasites inside of me. This is uncomfortable for me to say but if it helps you I’ll do anything. They were moving inside of me and it itched and felt even more uncomfortable. That being said, there’s numerous ways to get rid of them but their are different kinds. Mine were most likely Pinworms since I had a itchy anus. Treatment or medication can be fasting which targets only intestinal parasites since you don’t eat food and we’re the ones I had but if in serious serious doubt, there are test you can take with your stool to see which ones you may or may not have which I suggest to be quicker and not waste time. Ma’am, if your struggling with sugar, a 3 day fast up to a week fast will compltely change your life. Not only spiritually but physically the benefits are amazing. You’ll trigger autophagy within the body and it will start eating all bad cells including diseases and heal you, not to mention God becomes impressed. There are no coincidences in this world and yet your here. I love you and may God heal and bless you!

Make sure you break that fast slow over a few days. Breaking prolonged fasts too hastily can be harmful or fatal.
