Baas has the best ways of promoting people. The way he went about promoting Conan was great too. Had K go and taunt Conan so he injured him. Pred shows up and pretends to arrest Conan and then Baas and Soze show up. That's when Baas told him. It was great.

Saab as the chief of police was the best move no pixel could have made. He understands both sides of the law better then most. He's not the guy that goes for the win but goes for rp. Maybe he can make changes to people's attitudes that play cop. 90% of them need to make a change or leave. RP not wins.

Baas is awesome when it comes to promoting people! Every time he promotes someone he makes it seem like the characters are in big shit, has them sweating bullets & squirming in their seat, but then shit does a 180 & it’s like haha surprise it’s a prank, you’re promoted! 🤣 Also the fact that he put the same outfit on for when he shot & dumped Dundee is actually hilarious! I mean it is up to the player to decide to Perma or not. Look at Dundee. He got dumped and still came back.

More of an amnesia condition than a perma unless perma is planned by the person dumped

No they can either perma by choice (drowned to death) or they can respawn but all their inventory goes away and they “lose memory” of the past half an hour.

@@buttnugget2900 it’s generally any RP that directly lead to the dumping/respawn. I don’t beleive there is an actual number on it. It’s designed to keep people from getting dumped, respawning and coming back for revenge.
