WHAT DID I JUST EAT AT A FESTIVAL IN THE PHILIPPINES? (Cantilan, Surigao Del Sur)

If you head to Cantilan in Surigao Del Sur for Fiesta don't be surprised if through all the festivities, dancing, and good vibes... You find yourself eating Carabao! I even had a chance to try a local dish made with Carabao Blood! It was actually quite good...
Anyways, this is simply my adventure day during the "Sirong Festival", which was a beautiful celebration full of dancing, chanting, costumes and happiness!

Filipino Loves Fiestas Infact there are Fiesta's All Ove the Country and what i love about Fiesta's Aside from those Coloful Street Parada's We Are Also Waiting to Eat All those Yummy Handa(Foods) And Visitors Come from far places and visit just to enjoy the Fabulous Fpods for them. And it's also part of the Traditions that there are also strangers who will sing outside your house and its up to you if u will let them in, but usually we dont let them in...we just give them money. cause,along the way some will gonna feeds them.

Carabao meat was my late grandfather's favourite meat way back in the 70's. He had to eat that meat at least twice a week; if not, he said he felt weak. Carabao meat made him strong working on the cornfields. 💪💪💪
