I enjoyed hearing your thoughts on these volumes! I do prefer wrap ups where all titles read are talked about as opposed to just the top picks. Maybe you could let us know at the end of the wrap up which of the titles you enjoyed the most or a top 3, just as a highlight?

I hadn't heard of Furi-san before your videos, I'm quite interested in picking it up, thanks for reviewing it! Spy x Family I might try picking up when the hype isn't so high making the volumes so hard to find haha. I've also been really curious about that Unicorn manga, it sounds interesting but very weird. I'm glad you still liked Ayumu even if it wasn't exactly what you expected! Hopefully it can blossom a bit more. I like your videos how they are btw since they're informative but either is fine!

Nice, really enjoyed hearing your thoughts! I love longer form videos, so this format is good, but I think you could also try the other kind and see which one works best for you personally :) It’s always such a wonderful feeling when you feel yourself or a part of your personality represented in fiction or other forms of media - really makes you feel seen and less of an outsider or alone, so it’s great you connected with so many characters in these reads. Furi-San in particular sounds like an interesting one, I’d never heard of it before, but I may need to check it out ^^ Also, yesss for My Dress Up Darling! The four volumes that are out now are all just as wonderful, and the anime that just started airing is so well done. I also recently got into Spy Family! I’ve read the first three volumes and also really like it, though I tend to like shonens in general, so I guess it’s not that surprising lol But I agree with what you said about finding every character equally interesting and engaging, it’s really a achievement. I’d say as of now the only thing that doesn’t quite sit right with me is how they make light of Yor’s job sometimes, because I mean, it is a serious thing what she’s doing… I hope they delve more deeply into why she does it or how that sort of cruelty fits into the world they live in at large. I was going to pick up Komi Can’t Communicate because it does seem really relatable, but I’m not a big fan of the four-panel style of manga, so I decided against it. Might watch the anime one day, though ^^ It’s also too bad about Ayumu - I hate it when I overhype a manga in my head and then it doesn’t meet my high expectations. Hopefully the next volume will turn it up a notch. The Unicorn manga sounded interesting as well, though I’m not sure it’d be something I’d pick up heh. Stories that are intriguing and stick in your mind like that are some of the best, tho - love me some stories that I have to puzzle over for a while afterwards. I feel kinda the same away about a manga I’m reading The Witch and The Beast in that I know it’s not the most well written or pieced together manga out there, but something about its story and world building just keeps dragging me back in and I get fully engrossed in the volumes as I read it, with them lingering in the back of my mind afterwards. I guess some stories are just like that. Anyway, really enjoyed the video and all the graphics/editing was great as well! Happy manga reading~

thank you for the input!! and agreed, I'm very happy to have found some mangas like that. Furi-San is definitely worth a read if you're interested, and yess definitely my favorite manga so far! Spy family is so good as well, and agreed, I think that would be very interesting to give her some more depth in that aspect, that's a definitely a great observation! ahh Komi is good, but understandable, and yeah haha I'm hoping Ayumu picks up because I was soo excited 😅 The unicorn manga is definitely thought provoking haha and I'll have to check out the Witch and the Beast if it does that as well! Id like to know all of the mangas you've read. It gives a feeling of personal honesty and interest. I find it a little sus if I watch manga reviews and it seems they like everything under the sun. For me, their opinions become unreliable. I can't trust the legitimacy of something being actually good if nothing is ultimately bad, in their minds. So I'd stick with the way you're going.
