The Ravens were in a shootout due to 3 things. The non fair catch that put the ball on the 2 the rookie right tackle missed a block that was the safety and Harbs calling a timeout to allow Cincy to get the ball back with all their timeouts before halftime. That was a 10 maybe 17 point swing to the Bungles.
