Super vlog👍 great recipes for growing toddlers ...very helpful to new mom's👍👏🤗 Agree with you about allowing kids to experience eating on their own and feeling every food item.....it is possible to manage washing their clothes and cleaning them after each feed only to those who have other people to help the mom....imagine a lady managing two toddlers all by herself ... It's impossible for her to take care of cooking,feeding,cleaning ....not an easy task....☹️☹️☹️

Babies brain development happens until the age of 5yrs. So that’s the reason why our Nani and Dabdi used to add ghee to babies food. As we need good fats for brain development. Cholesterol is needed for absorption of fat soluble vitamin specifically Vitamin D.

@@Rainbowlife-x5m Fact is Pediatricians are not a dietician and have very little knowledge about foods. The correct person to answer these questions are Registered Dietitians and our Nani nd Dadi as the food given to infants and toddlers are tried and tested. I recommend is if you want to use sweetener for kids are rock candy/ Kadhi sakkar, washed dates, dried, washed and soaked dates, washed raisins. Babies under a year is not given salt. Even though you may have started solid food for babies under 1yr, still the main source of their nutrition comes from breast milk, they get around 70-80 % of nutrition from human milk or breast milk. They will need around 24-30 Oz of human milk every 24 hours. You can continue nursing them on demand.

First of all lots of love to lianna and divisha❤. I always watch your videos.. It give me so much warmth and happiness..I wanted to suggest that dates syrup is better than dates powder for babies as we can get that natural taste from syrup also we can directly add to any dish even without cooking. I wanted to suggest the mummamade nutri brand dates syrup which I am using for my 1 year baby. It's really good. They have lots of other home made 100% organic and preservative free products for babies. For lianna also as snack option different cookies, malts and ladoos which are there rich in nuts and nutrients balanced ingredients. And for divu baby lot of sprouted mixes are there.
