Ohh I loved this video!! I did not know what lucid dreaming was - can’t wait for that video. I used to have a reoccurring dream that I gently floated up, in my backyard, above the tall pine trees. I could look down and see everything and remember the feeling of joy and peace! Super cool to know what it means!!

I just came across your video and I enjoyed your breakdown explanation. I had a first time dream that I was flying, I saw myself very high in the air, I was actually walking in the air with my arms stretched out looking all around, I was smiling and very happy while feeling a sense of joy and freedom. I am experiencing a bit of stress at work, I learned that my subordinate staff member sabotaged my report, so I'm now having trust issues with everyone. I’m from Brazil, and when I was 25, I moved to Spain. After spending some time here-maybe 9 months to a year-I started having dreams where I was flying. I believe this was linked to my growing confidence in Spanish. As I became more comfortable with the language and was able to talk to more people, I felt freer, which might explain the dreams. Now, I’m learning English slowly but steadily, and just yesterday, I had the flying dream again. I think this is connected to how, earlier this year, I realized I was capable of reading books and watching movies in English. And about the sequence of flying dreams I had back then-it really was like a series. Just before I woke up, the only thing missing was the classic alert: “Continue in the next dream.”

A couple of days ago I had a dream that i floated while running (periods of vertical levitating) that turned in to me flying low to the ground. A "Guardian " explained that people call me the floater. Didn't last long, but the Guardian told me to use him if i feel unsteady. Lol No idea what that meant but thank you for explaining. I am pretting content with my life right now!

The one I had last night I was wearing some sort of electric roller blades and I would jump up a little and then the wind would just carry me. It feels so real. As a child all the way up to my adulthood, I have been flying, but only about 10 feet. The only time I flew over 10 feet was when i was rescuing someone from danger. within those dreams, I'm able to move objects with my mind. nothing heavy but light object. still enjoyable.

I had a flying dream again 2 nights ago but this time it was like Superman 🦸‍♀️❤ it was so much fun! The other flying dreams I’ve had in the past are usually the wind will blow and I float like a balloon sort of. I have also had these dreams where I have to jump to get in the air but once I’m up there I can make myself go higher. This time all I had to do was concentrate and bend my knee just a little bit to fly😂. I don’t think I’ve had a lucid dream of flying. I've been dreaming of flying for most of my life. The most interesting thing is that I've learned to fly over the years. Each time I became more skilled. It started as dreams of falling or jumping. I needed to hold on to something to catch the air. Like holding a kite. I could catch the wind drafts, but the landings always were rough. It saved me though. Through the years, my flying dreams became about being buoyant. I could control my weight with breath control. (much like scuba diving) Breathe deep, go up. Exhale, go down and move. At that point it became fun. I could jump high in the air.....do a flip, hover, and then land gracefully. Now, I can rise up pretty much at will. I can carry someone if they are small, or at least float someone my size to the ground. I've tried to fly long distances, but that hasn't worked for me yet (I get lost), and I don't fly at very fast speeds yet. I sometimes realize there are power lines. (that used to make me crash, but I've gotten used to them) My biggest problem is flying too high. I can fly as high as I want, but I've yet to perfect slowing down from great heights. So I usually have a bad rolling landing. Still. My flying dreams are the best thing in my life. Not many understand it.

I dream often of flying. this last dream of flying I was teaching my sister and a little girl how to fly, I felt happy and in control of my direction. The steps right before I would takeoff were slow and low to the ground then I would glide up and turn backwards making loops it felt exciting and kinda of sexy.

For me everytime i find myself in trouble like i being chased by someone or something like an animal somehow it just comes to me to say let me use my flying ability to escape and i fly away and sometimes it takes several attempts for me to finaly fly away and escape and also sometimes i fail to fly on command like i can fly only for a couple meters n get bck to the ground.....and i have no idea what it means or how i know that its time to fly but it always comes to me that its time to fly to escape
