Do SLEEP Dreams Come True?

I had a dream the back door of my house was made entirely of glass and was shattered. Then a friend of mine had ran in and was grabbing my right arm, I felt physical pain during the dream. I shook off my friend and they went away. A month later they fell out with me and hurt me a lot emotionally but not physically, we don't really talk anymore. An odd one was dreaming my cat was moulting which had never happened before. A month later he started moulting during a heat wave we had, it was so odd. Thanks for the video and I like your advice on not assuming it's a precognitive dream first, that's comforting.
